The first floor offers the main living space with an oversized fully stocked kitchen, beautiful cabinetry, granite countertops, and a wine cooler! There's so much light throughout this main living area with sliders to the huge outdoor deck and several large windows, giving this space an exquisite view of the canal leading right to the open bay. Everyone will find this indoor/outdoor space thoroughly relaxing. There is also a master bedroom with en suite full bathroom on this first floor! The second floor boasts 3 additional oversized bedrooms, 2 more full bathrooms and a deck both off the front and back for your enjoyment. The third floor is where the all the fun is... A beautiful open game room with multiple arcade games, a tv, a jukebox, and a full bar! This floor also has a full bathroom and a deck to enjoy more of the beautiful canal/bay views. This exquisite property sleeps 12 so it's perfect for bigger families or multi-family vacations. Book your stay today- you truly will not want to leave!

Beautiful home and a great location. Walkable to the beach and very close to some of the stable crab restaurants in OC. Also it close to a grocery store and some activities such as go karting and jet skiing. The beds are actually very comfortable and we all slept great. The showers also are very nice as well. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because many of the electronics on the 3rd did not work and we could not find the remote for the tv either so we weren’t really able to use the 3rd floor as we intended, which was very disappointing. Overall I highly recommend this place and we would absolutely come back. And if all the electronics do get fixed than this is easily a 5 out of 5 stay.

Twelve of us stayed down at this property. Plenty of room for all of us. Waterfront to the bay is great addition as we bought tubes and kids, my wife and I swam all week. Definitely stay here again

Was an excellent stay

It was a fantastic spot with great views of the sunset right off the bay. Had an amazing game area which my son absolutely loved the car racing game on the 3rd floor. Great spot for fishing when it gets warmer. Very clean. Great place for all ages, we had kids there from age 1, 3, and 13 and they all had a blast.

6 person Golf Trip.

location to boardwalk and activities is nice. Plenty of sleeping accommodations and quick response from property management if you need anything. We did have some dislikes. For example pots and pants provided all had burnt spots on them making it difficult to cook, multiple lights were out or not working, and king size bed is a water bed and that was not listed. Overall experience was positive.

Fun weekend beach trip

We had a great holiday weekend getaway at this beach house with a group of adults. The back porch sits right on the dock with great views of the bay. The house is super spacious and clean. The walk to the beach and local restaurants is easy. We were impressed with all of the free street parking and available parking for multiple cars. Our favorite part of the house was the third floor game room and bar. We spent a lot of time in this room. Overall, great experience.

The comfiest stay!!!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was set up so well! It was spacious and had everything we needed for a stress free weekend. The location was great because we took short trip Ubers to town but also could walk to the beach if we wanted to. We LOVED the back porch. It was where we spent most of our time chatting and reading books. The pool was located a short walk up the block and it was clean and quiet which we appreciated. Very awesome experience.

Great place

The owner Mark was very helpful and answered all my questions before and during my stay. The property is located in a great area and the community pool was in walking distance. The house itself was beautiful and had lots of room for my friends and I. We would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is we couldn’t find any extra toilet paper. There were no extra trash bags or paper towels in the kitchen so we had to buy more. On Saturday the keypad died at the front door. Luckily we took a key with us so we weren’t completely locked out. Overall, those little issues didn’t stop us from having a great time.
