You'll be right in the heart of Ocean City at this sunny, two-level condo near the boardwalk, an assortment of shops, great restaurants, and amusements for all ages. Here between Caroline and Talbot Streets, you'll be just one block from the beach as well!

Inside, you'll be greeted by an air-conditioned living space with free WiFi and a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and towels after days spent on the beach. There's a full kitchen (with a dishwasher) and two private balconies where you can soak up the summer sun.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Horrible communication

My fiancee and I were happy to take my sons to OCMD. They both brought there girlfriends. VACASA the company that rents it out/managers it. The women called me 3 hours before check in. I had booked this place 10 months before. Called the week before. Sent an email the day before. Got no response back. During her call she says I can NOT rent to you because you have 18yrs. WHAT???? We are driving there at the time. It states that we cant rent to 18yr. Gets even ruder to me. Tells me its in the contract. Asks me in a rude tone..... well how old are you???? AGAIN WHAT??? I AM 46yr..... well you need to stay there the whole time. Well that was the plan. I get you have teens and senior week. But get better manors. Learn to speak nicely. I would never rent this place agiain. If you use this company. The place was clean and good location. The was very tight for a mini van.

Surf side 201

While I did not like the fact that check in is 4p and out at 10am, you pay for 3 nights and are jipped out of stay. Also, the living room ceiling has major water damage. It has a large crack and black mold. Upstairs ceiling is in bad condition as well. The decor is okay but outdated. It wasn’t the best we have stayed at. There is also two large sets of steps and no elevators which made it very difficult for my mother. I won’t stay at this condo again.
