Enjoy this pair of bay view condos that can host an extended family or a large group for a getaway to Ocean City! Each apartment has been recently renovated with new floors, furnishings, cabinets, and countertops and is equipped with a full kitchen, a TV, a furnished deck, and free WiFi to help you make lasting memories on Maryland's beautiful shores. Spend warm summer days riding waves at the beach two blocks away, and lovely evenings relaxing on the decks as the sun sets over the water.

What's nearby:
There are a number of dining and shopping experiences within walking distance, including BJ's On The Water directly across the street. You'll be two blocks from the ocean beach and even closer to Coastal Highway (which is lined with miniature golf courses, eateries, and other attractions). The famous Ocean City Boardwalk begins on 27th Street and runs about three miles along the ocean to the inlet. Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park await three miles south, and the Tanger Outlets are six miles inland.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great house with friends!

Came with a group of 15 friends, and it was so much fun. Great house for hanging out. Would definitely recommend going there.

Pictures are deceiving

Please check out my profile I have never left a bad review. I want to be able to leave pictures as they don’t reflect, at all, what this unit has. Whomever redid this unit for rent did so with the cheapest material possible, there is mold, leaks, every door has chipped paint , every bathroom is a mess, the upstairs dryer doesn’t work. The neighboring houses are dilapidated, to be condemned, but no pic will show you that. It is listed as a 2 unit condo. 4 downstairs and 3 upstairs bedrooms but they are not attached and you cannot access one to the other. It is so misleading and on our 23rd year in Ocean City, it is by far our worst condo we have stayed at. Avoid st any cost

Could have been much cleaner

Cleaners were still there 45 minutes after check in at 4 pm. The door to the back condo was open, but no one was in there. We knocked on the door of the front condo after 4 pm & the cleaners were there still there & said they'd be done in 10 minutes. The listing said there'd be limited supplies for the beginning (i.e. toilet paper, dishwasher pods, paper towels, etc), but there was no toilet paper, no dishwasher soap, no paper towels. Floors were so dirty our feet turned black, mold in showers. We went to Walmart and bought a mop & cleaning supplies & cleaned as much as possible. I rec'd a text from the property management asking how our check in was & I told them about how dirty the floor was. I was told they'd see what they could do & get back to us. No one reached back out. We just cleaned the floors ourselves. I won't lie, it was gross. There was trash (i.e. plastic bottles, a bathing suit, a shaving cream can) in various areas around the outside of the property. Charcoal grills but in the terms says “use of charcoal grills not allowed”. So this was confusing. We ended up having to purchase a grill to use. When you first pull up, there are these little bungalow-looking houses that one has graffiti on the outside in back. They are deceiving, and if you have kids not knowing who is staying there can be a worry. We had a young one (12 year old girl) with us & letting her go between the 2 condos after dark was a big concern. After researching, I belive they are housing for students working over the summer in the area. Overall it's a great property. It needs to be thoroughly cleaned inside and out.

Location is perfect

Location was great, as we were 1 block from cross walk and 1 block from beach. Pleanty of restaurants within walking distance of house. We were also 1 block from bus stop which is great going to boardwalk. No need to drive and find parking.

Nice, cozy and spacious

We loved this unit! Both apartments were super clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Instructions were clear to get in and there were no issues with the pad lock. Location was great, overseeing the water and close to most stores. Only a few things we wish were better, wifi access was a bit slow ( we had two kids online for school and two adults working on laptops) some of the chairs at both tables were bent and the shower doors kept sliding while in the shower. Overall, we loved this property and are planning to go back in the summer 😊

Very nice house recently updated.

Great experience, very nice home with recently upgraded appliances and amenities. However,, I had 3 issues with my stay. The AC in home either was not working properly or does not work. The house was 86 degrees the entirety of the trip. I tried contacting the leasing agency, however I was on hold for 45 minutes on two separate occasions before giving up. Additionally, the balcony wood is very old and dry rotted in several areas. One of our guests was walking and the deck cracked and cut his foot pretty badly. The majority of the deck needs to be replaced before someone is seriously injured. The only other complaint I had would be that there is a very large grill pictured in the display page, however, the grill provided is about the size of a large pizza. This was disappointing considering I purchased a surplus of foods to grill out, much of this food went to waste due to the lack of convenience of the tiny grill. All and all very nice home for large guest vacation.

Biggest disappointment was the grill,brought lot of food to grill but couldn’t grill,looked as though grill hadn’t been cleaned in months,poor internet connection ,bottom stair of entrance needs fixed as someone might get hurt We made the most of the accomadtions and enjoyed our golf
