Three bedroom oceanfront condo in the luxurious Gateway Grand!

Gateway Grand 711 invites you to enjoy a luxury vacation in midtown Ocean City, Maryland. As soon as you enter this beautiful 3 bedroom oceanfront residence, you'll be certain a wonderful stay awaits you. Views of the Atlantic and the shoreline are afforded from the living area, the oceanfront primary bedroom and of course, the oceanfront balcony. This condo features beautiful furnishings throughout, including spacious living room, gourmet kitchen with a drip coffeemaker, separate dining area and breakfast bar, plus a large master bath with separate shower and soaking tub. Gateway Grands offers great amenities including a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, oceanfront sun deck and even a game room for the kids. Accommodating up to ten guests, the bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, a double and two single bunks in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, if needed. This owner allows guest access to their storage locker on the mezzanine level, plus they also have a private luggage cart stored in their laundry for guest's use during their stay. Please note this cart must be returned upon departure to the condo or a $200 charge will be incurred. Guests must supply sheets and towels, soaps and paper products, There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday only in season.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas.

Everything in the condo was good! Perfect location. Building was kept very clean. We all had a blast. I would rent this condo again. The area where each condo had there own area to keep the beach stuff was pretty cool. Plenty of beach chairs for all 6 of us! Thank you !!!

Ocena City Vacation

Had a great time only issues was cell phone signals were week but not the condos problem, could have better tv channel listings was difficult to learn how to adapt to the different connections. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to vacation in Ocean City, location was great beach front and easy access to the beach parking was great and secure. Can't say enough positive things about the Gateway Grand. Hope to stay there again sometime.
