Our Place at Beach 203I is a truly a sweet summer spot to relax and take in all that Ocean City has to offer. This charming 2 bed 2 bath condo, located on the bayside on Old Landing Road, sleeps 6 comfortably with bed sizes including a queen in primary bedroom, 2 singles in 2nd bedroom and a queen sleep sofa. Condo has a full kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room with Roku TV and wifi, plus the owner has an electric fireplace for the occsional cooler nights. The complex features the ultimate private setting with wooded views that you can enjoy from your spacious deck.. grab your towel and either sit by one the largest pools in Ocean City, or take a short stroll to the beach. At the end of your day, enjoy time shopping nearby and conclude with a meal from any one of our local eateries within walking distance. The owner has available beach chairs, umbrella, toys and boogie board located in the chest for your use, but please return when finished.

Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. This property rents mini weeks starting Thursday or Sunday in season and any 3 nights off season. There is a washer/dryer provided in the condo. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo or your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
No Smoking/vaping in unit or on porch No Pets Please.

The property needs updating. There were no paper towels left in the kitchen, comforter had stains on them, stains on the ceiling and walls and we had to search for soap for the bathrooms. This is the 1st property I've stayed at where you had to pay for the bed linens.overall, the property needs a lot of work and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Exactly as the pictures shows is a cozy and nice apartment, just one suggestion the bathroom needs update but not big deal for us, near to the beach and one of the thing we're enjoy most was the pool.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Ocean City and it was only made better by the condo we chose to stay in at Our Place at the Beach. It had everything we could have asked for and we have no complaints. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone else traveling with a family who need a place to sleep after a long day enjoying the beach. Pictures are recent and show the condo as it is. No bad surprises.

Off the main road but in the middle of everything

I took my family to Ocean City for an extended weekend. We had never used your service before. Everything was great, we had a very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. It had a screened in porch, and all the comforts of home. We would definitely stay there again

In need of a Spring cleaning

The cleanliness of the property was horrible. The only thing the cleaners did was scrub the toilets. There was pine branches, sand and all kinds of debris on the carpet and floors. We had to run the sweeper which would t work because it had an inch and a half later if dust on the filter. We cleaned that. The dish rack was corroded with old food and grimy stuff. The showers, tubs and bathroom floors and sinks had hair all over then from past guests. The dust was horribly built up all over everything. The bathroom vanities sides had old tribe splashed all over them. The coffee pot where the filter goes was full of mold and the pot was dark broom from not being cleaned. The dishes had sticky stuff in them, lip marks and fingerprints still on them. The furniture had big marks on them like someone spilled a drink or urinated on the cushions. I could go on and on. I was very disappointed that I had to clean when I got there. That’s not what I went on vacation to do. It’s sad what I paid and the conditions I walked in to.

The Unit had no AC

The unit itself was clean and very well taken care of, however one of the things you should always take care of before renting a beach condo is to make sure the AC works and in this case that was missed. The first day we were there it wasn't too hot so we didn't even realize this was an issue, however the second day when we got back from being out at the beach all day the unit was unbearably hot. When I called the office they told me they could see the temperature in the condo was at 85 degrees so they were going to remotely set it to 72. An hour passed and I called back because nothing had changed and I was told that it was too late and all I could do was open the windows and hope it cools down. I had a 3 year old with me and even with the windows open and ALL the fans on we were not able to sleep that night. The next day was the same. I am now awaiting for some type of refund due to this inconvenience.

Perfect place for family

The condo was amazing. It was quiet and relaxing. Plenty of room. Extra bonus of washer and dryer. I loved that it had beach toys, umbrellas and chairs.
