    Welcome to your Sunset Island getaway, located inside Ocean City’s premier gated bayfront community. This professionally decorated sound-view home offers a relaxing retreat with peaceful water views, a private balcony, and access to some of the area’s most sought-after resort amenities.



    The living area is cozy and inviting, opening directly to the balcony where you can unwind and enjoy views of the pond and surrounding community. Inside, the layout allows everyone to spread out comfortably while still enjoying shared time together.



    The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, and the dining and living spaces flow easily for casual family meals or evenings in. A private washer and dryer add convenience during longer stays.



    Guests enjoy full access to Sunset Island’s amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, private bayfront beaches, a crabbing and fishing pier, walking trails, a fitness center, clubhouse, and on-site waterfront dining. The island’s location places you just a few short blocks from the ocean, while still offering a peaceful bayside setting.



    From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel right at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away.



    All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

    The Resort Fee includes:

    ✔ 2 vehicle parking passes (1 covered space, 1 uncovered space)

    ✔ Access to resort amenities including pools, private bay beaches, fitness center, walking trails, clubhouse, pier, and more



    Additional pool passes may be purchased from the Sunset Island office for $70 per pass (subject to availability).

    Additional parking, if available, is subject to Sunset Island approval and additional fees.

You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



    If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues do not qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



    After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, birthday, photo ID, and signing a rental lease agreement. All information is stored internally and not sold to any third party as this is how we verify age and legally protect our homes.



    All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



    Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.



    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.



    Each property has its own set of house rules. Completing your booking confirms your agreement to follow them. Failure to comply may result in fines or removal without refund.
