Eldorado 2 is a beach-themed condominium located on the ocean block. This one-bedroom, one bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a cute beach neighborhood. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days!
The beachy living room is furnished with two comfortable couches and a television. One couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa and the other is a full-size sleep futon. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a television. The bathroom is located in the hallway. This property sleeps up to six people.

Unit 2 has the following amenities: two air conditioning units, one parking space, two TVs, one DVD player, one VCR, free WiFi, cable TV, heat, stacked washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower.

Disappointing

The pictures showed a beautiful property that we were excited to stay in. We received notice that the place was ready before our check in time. Upon arrival, we were shocked at the condition of the apartment. The carpet was not vacuumed, floors not swept and dead insects were laying on the floor. The kitchen cabinets had dirty spots inside where the dishes are. When we lifted the bed spread/cover there were dead beetles underneath! We called the owner/property manager to explain the situation and were promised that someone would be sent to clean up. Before we left, I swept all the dirt and bugs in a little pile and went out for a few hours. When we returned, the pile of bugs and dust was where it was. We called again and the person we spoke to assured us that someone had been in to clean. I offered to send a photo of the dirt I swept myself. A short while later, a young man arrived and removed the dirt/bug pile. We were then given an “upgrade” of a broom and dust pan to use. Per room policy, we are supposed to take off our own sheets and tidy after ourselves. Either the previous guests failed to do so, or whoever is managing the property failed to check on it. This is by far the most disappointing stay regarding cleanliness and if we could give negative stars, we would. I wish the site allowed to post photos, because there were many.

Review

The property was very quaint but we ended up leaving after one night. The pillows were stained and the matress was dipped in the middle to where my wife and I (both athletic with no medical issues) rolled into each other all night and was a basic spring mattress. Air conditioner in the bedroom is very loud and woke us every time it came on. The flooring was starting to buckle so made noise every time you stepped in a lot of areas. I did mention it to the staff and were very apologetic everything.

There were ants in every room. I would not cook because I opened the silverware drawer and it was covered with ants. The kitchen counter top too.Even the dresser top in the bedroom. I pulled down the comforter and found dead bugs. Wi-Fi didn’t work either.

Memorial day 2021

The tv in bedroom was broken, never fixed it just brought in a DVD player. Couldn't get wifi to work at all. The bed was uncomfortable dipped in the middle, slept on futon. The location was good and it was pretty clean when we arrived.

It had a musty smell in the bedroom , the cable TV did not work. I would recommend only have 4 people stay in this condo.

We enjoyed our stay an location was exactly where we wanted

With the exception of the outdated furniture an worn down from usage which we didn’t dare to sit on only the hard back chairs we sit on ! An the bed squeezed with every movement but we didn’t have an option to not sleep ! An head board just seemed to be poorly assembled ! The refrigerator had hair in it so we just used our cooler for drinks bath sink an toilet had more hair on it ! Overall opinion I just think for the price it could have been updated with some not so worn furniture ! We would like to rent same location next memorial weekend just not same unit unless it’s been updated bed an furniture

Needs to be updated

Upon arrival found the A/C unit in the living room area not working, called management company, took over 24 hours for a tech to come out, said it needed a control board, management did bring fans over for use. Pots and pans are from the 70's era, scratched up, Teflon coming off, VERY Unhealthy, queen size bed in bedroom needs to be replaced, bowed in the middle, very uncomfortable especially with a bad back. Sofa bed in living room is worn out as well, almost sitting on the floor, tough to get up from. Location was fine as we were here for the Air Show, ground floor unit, was easy access.

Property was very clean and in a great location. Our only complaint would be that we found the bed to be uncomfortable. Overall was a great place to stay.
