The property offers a luxurious destination away from home with a bright interior and coastal decor/furnishings. We offer 3 parking spaces free of charge. It boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeps 10 guests. It also offers a full kitchen equipped with all major appliances and cookware.

Being on the boardwalk offers hundreds of attractions and restaurants to enhance your stay. The spacious interior is perfect for relaxing, enjoying the ocean breeze, and having a board game/movie night - while the kids watch Moana, spoil yourself with a glass of wine and a soak in the deep jetted tub!'

Free WiFi

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 4.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Love staying here but it could use a good upgrade. Very old silverware and pots.Also outdoor furniture is falling apart - needs to be upgraded. We come every year and more decor is added but nothing is updated Toilet In the master bathroom continues to run, even when not being used, just turns on in the middle of the night. Toaster is broken. Out dated spices in cabinet that look ancient - should be gone through to actually look like someone might maintain the property.

Winter beach

This property exceeded our expectations. The pictures in the listing are good but when you walk in and out it all together it was great! Easy parking, luggage carts for ease of unloading and loading, roomy elevator, simple combination entry lock, easy fireplace and TV operation, little starter welcome bag with soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry detergent. We really enjoyed our long winter weekend.

Cleanliness was poor

Condo was absolutely beautiful and had an amazing location for my family. It was close to everything. However, the condo was NOT cleaned before our stay. Very disappointed in the lack of care and upkeep of this property. Very dirty.

worst stay ever

Property was not cleaned appropriately, floors were dirty. Dirty linen from the stay prior was left in front of the property door and remained there for the 4 days we were there. We did not have hot water and heat for almost 24 hours of our stay. Very disappointed that I spent my money renting this place

Awesome location, huge condo, needs a deep clean. Perfect location, Vonda very roomy for large family!! General cleanliness wasn’t bad but the place needs a deep clean. Carpets were disgusting, dust bunnies in corners, comforters were stained and thin, stairwell was filthy needed pressure washed and deodorized, ice maker was broken, listing stated it came with cleaning supplies and there wasn’t one. Barely any toilet paper on the rolls. Usually we get a care package on arrival of some necessities and this time we got nothing.

Too bad it was not clean …decorations and size were good, but I wish we’d stayed elsewhere

The owners decorated the place beautifully, but there were some issues that were problematic….I won’t stay there again. Biggest issue….it was dirty. We arrived early and went in to get the parking passes at 3…and saw it hadn’t been cleaned yet from the prior guest. We waited at the pool for our check in time (4 pm) to go back in and saw the two people who were to clean it arrive at 3:45. They clearly didn’t know we’d been in and told us the last people had “done a job” on the place so it was taking longer to clean…which wasn’t true. They left dirty sheets on the queen bed - they clearly hadn’t gone in the room as the prior guest had semi- made the bed, so the cleaners didn’t notice the dirty top sheet in the linen basket. When we pulled the comforter there was hair and sand on the sheets…so right off we had to strip the bed and wash sheets to use that bed. They didn’t vacuum most areas either as we found trash on the floor in the rooms and sand on the floor in the bathrooms.. The showers/tubs were filthy - sand and grime. We cleaned one ourselves (with cleaning supplies we brought…none were in the place, nor did the two cleaners bring anything with them….). The shower/tub in one room didn’t drain - so when we turned on the water to clean it it just filled up and took about 24 hours to drain. The floor in the kitchen was super sticky near the fridge and you could see that juice had been spilled - the blender was also covered in sticky juice…so we didn’t use it. At the end of the first night we looked at the bottom of our feet and they were black.. the floors were gross and we had to wear shoes the whole time after that. There were spills on shelves too. We called the property mgr that night and they said they’d take care of it and call us back….they never did. Second issue was around how much light came in the bedrooms at night. The master bedroom is along the boardwalk and half of the vertical blinds were missing (we found broken ones under the bed) it was impossible to shut out any boardwalk light. It was like sleeping with a light on the whole time. The other rooms were bad too…they need curtains. Noise level at night was like an EDM music speaker playing loudly till 2am each night. The first floor of the building are shops/cafes and the one below the place plays loud music and has loud patrons till extremely late (seriously 2 to 3 am each night.) Between the light and the noise you’ll have a hard time sleeping.
