Linens & towels included: Beds made with sheets, pillowcases, and comforters. 1 bath towel, hand towel and washcloth provided per guest.
Beach towels: BYOBT (bring your own beach towel) Beach towels are not included so be sure to pack your favorite. We're hoping to offer this in the future.

- Laundry: Coin-operated community laundry available March–November (dates may vary as set by HOA)
- Parking: From May 15–Oct 15 on-site parking is $50/week or $20/day per car. Parking lot is free outside these dates. (pricing and dates may vary as set by HOA)
Free street parking is available on 112th street (first come, first serve) and can be used instead of the parking lot.
- Trash: Guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash down the trash chute which can be found along the outdoor walkway of each floor.
- Pets: Allowed for owners only, not for guests per HOA guidelines. You could see or hear pets during your stay. While staying here I have seen several pets but have yet to hear one.

In July, the HOA reported two cases of legionellosis among guests at High Point South. The Worcester County Health Department conducted precautionary water testing. No additional cases have been reported and no guests staying in this unit have been affected.
