    The Space:

    Beautifully positioned on the edge of the sparkling beach, this oceanfront condo is a showcase of the best of North Ocean City. Enjoy two updated private balconies where you can breathe in the fresh ocean air and an air-conditioned interior to greet you after a day spent on the sand. Additional amenities include new panoramic sliding doors with stunning ocean views, two remodeled full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), a private washer/dryer, flatscreen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, and access to the updated community pool.



    The Silver Moon is an oceanfront building with an outdoor pool and underground parking in North Ocean City, offering fantastic proximity to Coastal Highway, great restaurants, shops, mini-golf courses, and other sources of entertainment and nightlife. Northside Park, the 58-acre complex with sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and all sorts of annual events, is only a quarter-mile west.

    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This home is beautiful!!! Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful furnishings. The extra touches were lovely! Been coming to OCMD for years and this is my new favorite place!

Awesome Stay at Silver Moon 307

This place is amazing! Besides the view, there are so many nice touches. From the beautiful decorations to super comfortable beds, nightlights in the hallway and storage closet. Absolutely loves it and had a hard time leaving. Thank you!

Great stay

We had an amazing week here. Very spacious and well-kept property, right on the beach with breathtaking views every morning/all day, and North side park right across the street on the bay in the other direction. Condo had everything we needed for a relaxing week including huge TV, comfy beds, all within steps to multiple restaurants and stores. The pool was clean and not crowded at all. It was a last-minute rental for us but turned out to be a great decision. Would definitely rent again.

July Stay

We stayed here for the first time after renting the unit above for the last 3 years. The complex is great, ocean front with a pool. The location is excellent, within walking distance to restaurants and Northside park. This particular unit is in need of updating. The bathrooms and kitchen, while clean and functional, are very dated. Best to run the dishwasher while you are out because it is really loud.

Best Beach House in OC

I hate to clue everyone in to how awesome this place is and ruin our chances of staying here ever again, but this was truly the best beach house we've ever stayed in. With three generations, we have a lot of different needs and this house met every one of them. We love the location - beachfront on a less crowded beach, walkable to great restaurants and Northside Park. The house itself was super clean and has everything you could possibly need. The elevator was so helpful for grandparents who can't do stairs, very tired children, and just moving in and out. We've never stayed at a beach house with a pool and now we're hooked. It was perfect when you don't quite want to get out to the beach and get sandy, but still want to cool off or splash around. In the last 6 years, this is by far the best place we've stayed at and we're hoping the owners let us come back again! Thank you for having such a perfect place!
