Or take the whole family down to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park, just a little over four miles from your building.

THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was our second year at this condo. Great location and view! We chose this unit because of the 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. We’re a tall family. We had problems getting in on arrival day because the code we were given by VACASA didn’t work. That was resolved in an hour after numerous texts with them. We look forward to staying in this condo again next year if it’s available.

Wonderful place

The condo was clean, simple, and well decorated! The view is amazing and there is easy access to the beach. If you bring children, they will never be bored, as there is also an indoor pool.

Great stay

Was a lovely Winter getaway location. OC is pretty quiet in the Winter but this made a great place to get a mix of relaxing downtime and fun activities. The kids especially liked the heated pool.

Love the facilities--hated the process.

Website for Marigot says full use of hotel facilities next door as last year--not true. Check in was a near-disaster. Office closed. Promised email never arrived. Was fortunately able able to locate Vacasa office elsewhere in town--they were reasonably helpful but told us to park in any space (despite warning signs of towing) and to check with the office the next morning for our parking passes. Office did not open on time. My car was towed as a result--costing me $125. Woman in Marigot office (when she finally opened up) was unsympathetic, unapologetic, and rude. I asked her to please notify Vacasa that they were putting out the wrong info so that this would not happen to anyone else and she seemed to show no interest in doing that. We have reservations for next month to return but will likely cancel depending upon how you handle this. It's a shame because we really like the facilities (have come for years) but such cavalierly shabby treatment was very disappointing.

Awesome views

We had an awesome time at the beach this week! The views from the balcony and the master bedroom are epic… It’s like you’re sitting right on the beach. We got to enjoy the sunrise every morning without even leaving the condo. Thanks again for a great beach vacation!!!

Great condo - terrible neighboring condos

We had no complaints at all about our condo. It was clean and very nicely decorated. We chose this condo because it was beachfront and offered great views and sounds of the ocean. The listing also specifically stated that it was in a "Noise sensitive area" and there were several comments in the listing and at the condo that seemed to support that. We were looking forward to keeping the balcony doors open at night to experience the quiet, the fresh sea air and hear the ocean waves. Unfortunately, there were very loud folks out on the beach well after midnight into the early hours of the morning. Security said they couldn't do anything about it (even though there's also a noise ordinance in Ocean City). We ended up having to close the doors both nights and use an ocean sounds app :(

Great stay!

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The location was perfect for our needs. We were in town for our son's lacrosse tournament. The amenities covered everything we needed. The view of the beach was great. The only issue we had was that if the bathroom door was left open while someone was showering, it set off the smoke alarm, so don't do that! Otherwise, lovely place for our weekend stay.

Needs updating

The furniture and decor needs an update. The kitchen had definitely been updated but not much else. The lamps were not sufficient in any of the rooms. Very dark. Both sliding glass doors were extremely difficult to open and easily came off the track. Both screens on sliders were leaning against the deck wall. They would not stay on the track so I understand why they were against the wall. On the last morning we woke to water all over kitchen floor and down the hall. It was coming from the refrigerator. I did call the Vacasa number and report there was a problem.

Great Location!!!

Marigot has a wonderful beachfront view! The beach is not crowded, has soft, fine, white sand, and lifeguards are on duty. Also, at night you can have bonfires on the beach. The Marigot had plenty of room for a family of six and great to have a washer/dryer with wet towels and bathing suits. Great kitchen area to cook your own meals but plenty of local restaurants in the area that you may not use it. The rooms were clean but the floors were a little sandy but to be somewhat expected being so close to the beach. Overall, we would certainly stay at the Marigot again!

Girls beach trip

Fantastic condo for a 2night girls beach trip. Location was great in that it’s up far enough from the boardwalk to avoid the crowds but close enough to head that way via Uber for dinner/drinks.

Perfect for quick getaway

Overall, this place provided exactly what we were looking for - a quick little getaway with an oceanfront view. Place was clean and kitchen, while small, was well stocked with what we needed. Screen doors will need to be replaced soon, as they kept coming off the tracks but in no way did that deter us from having a great time!
