The main living area features direct access to a private beach front balcony where you can listen to the waves and enjoy the fresh sea air. Bonus street side balcony outside the front door - perfect for watching the historic cars or Jeeps!



The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and all the essentials for your stay, including:

Full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave

Dishwasher for easy cleanup

Plenty of cabinets for your food storage



Gather for meals or game night at the six-person dining table.

For your convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo, including the private balcony. Your stay includes full access to the building's fantastic amenities:

Large, heated outdoor pool with an expansive deck and lounge chairs (open seasonally until September 30th).

Seamless and secure check-in with a smart lock. You will be provided with a unique door code for the duration of your stay.

$60 parking fee paid at front desk upon arrival

Check-In Inspection: If you notice anything out of sorts upon your arrival, please contact us immediately so we can address it for you.

Walk to the Carousel next door for their tiki bar and outdoor grill - its the best!
