Ocean City Beach Studio Steps from the Beach - 1st Floor

This studio has a modern kitchen with Queen Murphy Bed, Twin Murphy Bed and Queen pull out Couch to accommodate whatever your group of four might need. The sleeping can accommodate two couples with 2 queens deployed or one couple on a queen bed with couch or pullout and twin murphy bed as sleeping at night that are put away for day time space. Privacy curtain will separate the sleeping space for your convenience and privacy.
Modern kitchen space with stainless oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and garbage disposal for your preparing of your beach day fun.
The studio has first floor access with a porch via 5 steps to get to the first floor (no wheel chair access). The place has a newly beach themed renovation to give you that OC beach feel that will not let you forget you are only 100s of steps on the ocean side of Coastal Hwy.
Located in North Ocean City near Montego Bay and close to the Northside Park. The beach on this stretch of Ocean City is not as congested with rentals as other parts so enjoy your quick access to the beach and short walk to amenities if you have forgotten anything.
Outdoors near the parking lot is a beach shower and if you want a beach cart just ask and I will have it for you on the patio to cart your gear to the beach.
If you don't want to cook in there is live entertainment within blocks. Across the street is a great mexican restaurant, pizza place, irish pub, park, barbecue, market, liquor store, and seafood restaurants.Enjoy free concerts and fireworks every Sunday just a few blocks away at Northside park. Also excellent place you can walk your dog. Just please let me know the pets you are going to bring so I can coach you on what is needed to know to avoid any issues and approve you're furry family member.

Great Option in North OC

Perfect for 1-2 people and a dog. Anything more would be tight for anything other than sleeping. The host is VERY nice and communicates well! I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we needed. The host was incredibly communicative and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, making it a comfortable and easy vacation. The décor was a lovely too! It was the perfect vacation, we would definitely stay here again!”

It didn't disappoint I was super happy the condo was beautiful I love everything that was in there was great someone has a very artistic touch and flare and it's fantastic everything went together perfectly they had everything that I needed to take care of myself and my my cats my cats loved it so much they didn't want to leave I will be coming back again and again and again it was excellent John was a great hostess he he knows how to put stuff together with ease and flawlessness I just couldn't find a dustpan to get up some kitty litter I spilled from the bag my ride came early but other than that was not John's fault it was my fault but everything was just super super great stupendous it was he is just such a great hostess I will be visiting him again and next time I will stay much longer

Location location location!

We had a great time here! John was an excellent host and was quick to respond to every request and question! This unit is super well stocked with linens and the essentials and had more hooks than I've ever seen in a place! Ha! But that was critically important for our never ending beach items that needed drying. If you need all the beds, it was tight, but we knew that going into it. The building is just a block's walk to an excellent area of beach, with lifeguards, and was accessible to all the restaurants and fun (mini golf, shopping, etc) we could need. Would absolutely return!

Lovely beach apartment

Perfect for a couples getaway with our two dogs for a couple days. A two minute walk from the beach! Also close to a good bit of shopping/restaurants, etc and a short drive from downtown/boardwalk area. Had just about all the kitchen amenities you could need while in town. Overall would recommend!

Great location

John was an amazing host. He answered all my questions and was available whenever I needed anything. The place was cozy and perfect for a weekend in ocean city. The beach is a block away in north ocean city where it’s a lot more quiet and family friendly. John even left a frozen pizza for us so we didn’t have to worry about dinner after arriving and provided ground coffee for the reusable k-cup. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Beach Option

The location is great! Close to everything, but far enough away from the crowded beaches. Literally one block away from the beach. Ground floor which was nice. Plenty of parking. I’m sure this unit isn’t for everyone, but it was perfect for myself, my daughter (25yo), her boyfriend (25yo) and our 17lbs. Shelter/Pomeranian dog. The space is open, which was fine for us. I liked how the bath/toilet/sink room was separate from the bathroom sink area. I’m not sure if I would put any more than three adults in this rental. Would get tight. The inside washer and dryer room was a nice addition. There were a ton of people with dogs, which was nice to see. Our host John was amazing! Very attentive, responsive, friendly. He made some great suggestions for dining and fun things to do. We had a great time. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat!
