Ocean Block with short walk to Beach

Bella Mar is a spacious three level townhouse with private parking below and five balconies you can enjoy views of both the ocean and the bay! Location is less than a block walk with direct access to the beach. Mid town location is perfect to enjoy all of the local restaurants, shops and activities. Enter the unit onto a half-level foyer area with stairs to the first floor. The first floor has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. There is also a laundry closet on the first floor. The second level living space has a spacious living room with new flat screen TV, a fireplace, a large sleep sofa, dining area and modern kitchen with granite tops. This entire floor is completely finished with wood laminate floors. The third floor has two master bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. Non-smoking. No pets, please.

The kitchen was full of ants and had ant traps all over. The window above the sliding door on the main floor leaked and had water in the house. One of the bedrooms on the upper floor did not have sheets and had to go purchase sheets.

We had a very nice stay in Bella Mar C this year. We really loved the kitchen, it had great counter space, water and ice to refill water bottles, and all the cookware we needed. The washer and dryer came in very handy during our stay too and worked perfectly. We had a view of both the bay and the ocean and an easy walk to the beach. The sunsets were beautiful and there were fireworks visible from the balcony a couple nights. It’s right there on the middle of OCMD so anything to eat, drink, play was all close by. Our host David, was fantastic. Quick to respond and was able to help accommodate a difficult situation for us.

Short walk to beach

Property located block away from beach on a pretty traffic free side street. Some complain about coastal highway road noise but we didn’t find it an issue at all. Unit is three levels which mean a lot of steps so keep that in mind if that’s an issue for anyone. Property was clean with plenty of items to have a great time. Look forward to returning next year!

Awesome OC Bike week

This was our 4th year renting this unit. We absolutely love this property! You can stand on one of the five balcony’s & see the bay & the ocean. It has a well equipped kitchen & plenty of stuff for the beach. Would highly recommend this property to others.

Ocean City 2023

The house has a great layout with 2 bedrooms downstairs with a shared bath, the living area on the 2nd floor, and two bedrooms with private bathrooms on the 3rd floor. The "early to bed' folks can stay on the top floor and not be bothered by the "late night folks" staying on the first floor. Easy walk to the beach. Owner provides plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc. But if you want to ride the provided bikes, you need to get air in the tires. Kitchen has plenty of plates, glasses, etc. Appliances in good shape -frig has good icemaker. Smart TV is great in the living area. Well furnished.

Perfect place for 11 guests

We had an amazing girls weekend in Ocean City and stayed at a gorgeous town house. Perfect size for 11 guests and was very updated, clean, welcoming and just perfect in every way! Loved the huge shower and their was soooo much room. 2 min walk to the beach and right near the strip for local shopping and eating. We would definitely stay there again

2022 OC Bikeweek

Rented this property a couple of times. This time we did notice some wear & tear on the property & with some of the appliances. The dishwasher was not working properly, bathroom door didn’t lock, coffee pot was extremely slow. We also had a key instead of the key pad for front door this year. This made it inconvenient only having 2 keys with 4 couples staying there.

Wonderful townhouse

This townhouse was wonderful. Clean, roomy, well equipped. Balconies were very comfortable. Storage unit under the townhouse was filled with beach chairs, toys, and bikes and still had plenty of room for our personal beach equipment. We will definitely be back next summer.
