Great place to stay. Love the proximity to the beach and Northside Park. Plenty of sleeping space and place was "beach house clean". Could definitely use a good dusting and moving things around to vacuum but was good enough. My biggest issue is the misleading info in the listing. Towels and linens were not provided, but it states in multiple places that they are. We also did not have access to the storage unit downstairs but I believed that we would. Why would you mention it in the listing if renters can't use it? Wasn't a huge deal but I would have preferred that over putting sandy items in the car everyday. Also, communication could have been better. We didn't know a parking permit was needed until a neighbor mentioned it to us... however, one was not provided. Owner did rectify and had someone bring them over, but we had already moved to the street for fear of being towed. I will also note for parents, the bathrooms are quite tight, making it very difficult to bathe a young child. The glass door to the tub made it very difficult and the tub would not hold water for us. I actually just got in the tub as well, which made it a little easier.
