Come stay at our Regency 10 at OCMD

Beachfront and on the Boardwalk! Down around 21st street, so plenty of action, but not too loud. In a special spot of the beach where you'll never have to fight for a spot on the sand. Come out when you want to! Relax on the third floor where you can hear the ocean waves and peoplewatch the Boardwalk.. 24' double sized Balcony provides ample space for you and your family. Comfortable central-air and elevator access.

Entire unit has been completely redone. Bright and airy, fancy finishing, lots of space. This is your home away from home.

Master Bedroom- New King size bed and 52" tv and ceiling fan. Master bathroom features lots of storage and an oversized walk in shower. Bedroom has full ocean view.
2nd Bedroom- Twin Beds that can convert to King with wedge (though this room functions better as Two Twin Beds, wedge is a stopgap). Also has a ceiling fan and streaming TV.
3rd Bedroom- Twin over Full with Twin trundle. Streaming TV.
2nd Shared Bathroom features Iron bathtub with easy access for toddler washing.
Gourmet kitchen contains a built-in booth for seating and additional seating at island. New appliances. Keurig, Toaster, Dual Oven. New Appliances.
Family Room showcases a 60" TV with Comcast, Disney, Netflix, and DVD. Sofa converts to Queen bed.
Blackout shades in every room.
Laundry Room is full size and inside the unit.

ELEVATOR ACCESS to the third floor. Unit does have two small steps in Hallway and Master Bathroom.

PARKING: One dedicated space under the building (6' 4" MAX), 5 additional shared spaces for the entire building outside. Also, street parking nearby.

Fantastic location directly overlooking the boardwalk and beach. Easy walk to music festival venue, but far enough away to not be around noise or crowds. Beautiful apartment with great balcony and very nice kitchen. Cute care package with goodies and swag on arrival. Warning: Bring your own linens and towels, as none are supplied.

My family and I are so glad we found this place! It’s beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the view is absolutely stunning! We especially loved sipping coffee from the porch while watching the sunrise. Furthermore, shout out to Josh for being incredibly accommodating and always quick to answer our questions! We’re already looking forward to staying here again during our next visit to OCMD. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved that the property was updated/remodeled and so clean! Keep the cleaning people. It was wonderful to have such a fully stocked kitchen as we like to eat in half of the time we’re at the beach. The only recommendation would be for some sort of an oven pan to cook chicken in. It felt like home and we really loved the unit. As far as the building the garage could use more lighting. It’s very dark down there in the evening. Private balcony was great and loved all of the seating. Would definitely stay there again.

If you want to park your car when you arrive and not see it until you depart, Downtown OC is the best. If you like downtown you will love this place. Great Location, great modern amenities.

A Perfect Slice of OC

What an incredible gem on 21st street. We loved walking down the boardwalk, and being so close to the ocean. The balcony is lovely and offers the best views. The unit is incredibly clean and well-maintained. Our whole family loved it. We’d definitely stay again.

Beautiful view even though it rained.

The place was very nice and the owner was quick with replies to my questions. It was a crappy weather weekend, but since we were right on the beach, we were able to sit and watch the water by the fire place in this cozy condo!

As Advertised, No Surprises!

This place is as advertised and reviewed. New, clean, comfortable, and well equipped in a great location overlooking the boardwalk. No bad surprises. The “Bring your own linens/towels” policy is a little unusual, but it is well documented. We would stay here again.

This was easy. Scheduling and communication right on point, the property is exactly as shown in excellent condition, parking was amazing and the view will surely make us want to do it again. Cannot say enough about the entire rental. Perfection.
