The beautiful 3 BR 2 BA home features a large living area where the family can gather while watching the big screen TV, playing some games, enjoying some meals together at home or just relaxing on the comfortable furniture. There is beautiful luxury vinyl flooring throughout the entire home. The kitchen has brand new stainless-steel appliances and has everything you will need to prepare a meal. You'll also love the granite counter tops, tile back splash and the large island where friends and family can gather as the meal is being prepared. The bedrooms all have new beds/mattresses and have flat screen TVs for guest to enjoy. The master bedroom has a king bed and a large bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk in shower! Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen beds. There are new washer and dryer for guest use. The large front patio is a great place to hang out with the family or enjoy your meal al fresco.

Located in the wonderful community of Montego Bay, there is no shortage of fun activities for the family to enjoy. There are quiet streets for bike riding, parks for playing, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a pier for fishing, community pool and of course Ocean City's wonderful beaches. All these activities are just a short walk or bike ride away. The community is also strategically located to a supermarket, many great restaurants, mini-golf, movies and many other fun activities that Ocean City has to offer!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* The driveway will fit two vehicles. Additional street parking is also available.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 139th street.
* The outdoor pools are open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

The owners were very flexible with dates and the property management company was very responsive. The house was a fabulous space and we loved having a huge porch and picnic table with kids. It was very clean too. The only thing that was a little odd was a faint smell you could notice that resembled cigarettes which the property is non smoking. It was not strong enough to force us out but caught us off guard. The property management company replied quickly to our concern about it. We had a wonderful time overall.

Family friendly

We had a great stay! Easy check in/check out. Very clean and plenty of room. Nice quiet neighborhood. 15 minute walk to the beach or short drive with no problem finding parking close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean property, easy to check in and check out. Montego Bay is a lovely community and checks all the boxes. About a 15 minute walk to the beach. Inside the home was all the necessities. The linen package was provided and definitely a bonus. Loved chatting with the neighbors. Overall great experience.

Nice quiet spot

We loved staying in Montego Bay. It was quiet and very family friendly. The porch was relaxing to sit on and we enjoyed being able to walk to see the sunset on the bay. House was just as described- updated and clean.

Amazing Beach House

Amazing house. About 25 min drive to boardwalk. The only negative was there is construction being done in lit across the street which was quite loud but we only experienced this on Monday as we stayed Fri thru Monday.

Great Location

We have family in this area so it was a great location for us. We love fishing and utilized the fishing piers daily. Great neighborhood which was quiet, clean and lots of friendly nice people. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great and well equipped. Master bathroom was beautiful. The king size bed was comfortable, however, every time you turned over or got out of bed it made it made a crunching noise. I woke my husband up almost every night. Other than that, everything else was great. We’ll be back next year here for sure!

Family Get Together

We found the house to be very clean and very well equipped for our family. We selected it so that we would be close to our niece’s condo. The location is a ways away from the beach access but it wasn’t a problem. The cleaning team could do a little better job ensuring the eating and cookware are thoroughly cleaned. Bath mats would be a thoughtful addition. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent the property again if we returned to the Ocean City area.

House was very spacious and plenty of kitchen utensils… only suggestions : very dusty and floors need to be cleaned under beds and couches… dust and spiderwebs needs to be throughly cleaned not just too surface… I pretty much left it the way I found it ( cleaned) I will stay again

Excellent Vacation Property

My siblings and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything we needed was in the house. The towels and linen were also there. I loved the porch. The only complaint that I have Is there wasn't enough parking. There was no where to park on the street for a couple of days. I hope to reserve this property again next year.

Nice location, great communication, but not clean.

The size is perfect for a family of 4. The location is perfect for activities and beach access is close by. The communication was great. However the cleanliness was not as expected. I bought cleaning supplies while staying. The floors were dirty and full of long black hairs (we all have light hair). The sheets had long black hairs in them, so I had to wash them. My son dropped something on the floor, under furniture was food and dirt. Someone left anti itch cream on the bedroom dresser, gross right. And the island was sticky. If it was cleaned better, I would give it a better rating. It just needs a serious cleaning. The beds are extremely hard, if you like that. We both had trouble sleeping and had back pain when woke up. We left the rental a day early.
