Purchased in 2025, the owners have spent the off season working hard to make sure your vacation is enjoyable.
Freshly painted walls, welcome you with their cool tones, while the new vinyl flooring in the main living area and new carpets in the bedrooms complete the look. New furnishings have been added throughout, including a desk in the main bedroom, for those of you that will "work" while on vacation or want a spot for putting on makeup. The main bedroom has a king bed, TV and an updated bathroom. The second bedroom is a queen and also has a TV. The second bedroom has access to the second bathroom across that hall that also has had updates. The living room/dining room area provides a large open area for the family to spend time together and enjoy the views through newly installed windows and sliders. The kitchen has updated cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances and is ready for those nights you want to stay in. The balcony offers views of the bay along with the ocean and is a great spot to enjoy the cool evening breeze. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and of course free Wi-Fi.

This building has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a heated indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants/bars such as Liquid Assets, Bull on the Beach and Lombardi's to name a few. You will love having two grocery stores a short drive away. Nearby entertainment options for the kids include movies, miniature golf, escape room, laser tag and a great game room/restaurant called Alley Oops.

This fabulous 2 bedrooms, 2 bath unit can sleep 6. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, full bath, TV and a desk for those of you that have to "work from home". The second bedroom has a queen bed, a TV and access to another full bath directly across the hall. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll have a fully stocked kitchen for those nights that you want to stay in and eat and wireless internet to keep you connected!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 9th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
