No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Just What We Wanted!

This place was fantastic overall! Plenty of room for us to spread out. People could be here and there, plenty of places to sit and sleep for 10! Only downfall is definitely the floors, for it being the last weekend in April, I feel like they could have been cleaner (not as much sand and grime). Communication was also really good and easy. The balcony was so nice and just the perfect location for the boardwalk as well. We already talked about booking again for next year!

Location and view was great. The place had a lot of space, but was not very clean with mirrors still having tooth paste splatered on it, peices of trash and medication found under and behind furniture, and sand on the floors that stuck to our feet when walking around. Also, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.wereveryuncomfortable

302 Beautiful But Had Issues

Check in was supposed to be 4 but cleaning crew (I use that term loosely) never arrived until 4 but we didn’t get in til 6. Floors were dirty washer and dryer didn’t work, coffee maker was filthy, several light bulbs were missing in almost every room, vertical blinds were broken and wouldn’t close, but my husband fixed them.And he also fixed the sliding doors to the balcony which were almost impossible to open, the pull out sofa was full of sand, furniture was dusty and balcony was a total dirty mess. We cleaned the whole first evening, didn’t get to the beach. We made several phone calls and got promises of call backs but that didn’t happen. They did send someone the very next morning (Sunday) for the washer and dryer, which unfortunately could not be fixed during our stay. Finally, after waiting for phone calls that never happened, we went to the rental office on Monday and got resolution. They wanted to send a cleaning crew, but we had already cleaned and we definitely didn’t want to miss another day at the beach, since we had lost Saturday, Sunday and pert of Monday already, so we declined that offer. The agent with whom we spoke was understanding and nice and although she could not give us back the time we had lost, she did give us a partial refund. The unit itself was beautiful.You could tell the owner put a lot of expense and thought into the furnishings and accent pieces. However

Beautiful… but…

The location was great. Views amazing, but wow, I was floored at the filth in the kitchen. The pans were filthy from previous use, the dishes were all filthy, the pot holders were filthy… not dirty - filthy. And the kitchen cabinets were in complete disarray. The cabinets were dirty and there was something spilt all over one of them and no one cleaned it! There were hair/dust balls on the floor. I took plenty of pictures and I did contact Vacasa, the management company, they offered to come out and clean but we did not want to be disturbed again. I washed as much as I could and we moved on. I am sure the owners were unaware. I did see a previous rating that stated similar but blew it off as a one off. We were also disappointed about the bed coverings. You can tell they were obviously 20 plus years old. I would highly recommend to the owners a new management company. It is a beautiful property with beautiful views but if it’s going to be a rental it needs to be kept up.

very nice

Condo was very nice. being the off season it was really good. No crowds but a lot of places closed which was alright. A few little things which would be more management than the actual condo. The unit is on the third floor even though we were led to believe it was on the 2nd. The elevator is very convenient. The door handle needs replaced and it is not a key less entry as we were led to believe. You have to pick up keys down the highway. The bed sheets were hidden in a closet. The lamp in the bedroom was broke and the overall lighting was not good. The ceramic floor needed a better cleaning. Overall very large, open and nice. How about 4 1/2 stars.

Beach time

The location on the boardwalk was great. fresh and clean, except under beds and furniture, dusty and sandy, but who cares. There could have been more dishes,and a newer frying pan,a blender, mixer. It was so nice that the linens were included and the beds made.Our front door had a problem, it scraped the tile floor and wouldn't open all the way, we had to lift it in order to close and lock it, Hopefully it was fixed before the next renters came. But we loved the condo and would return, had nice comfortable beds and furnishings.

Nice condo, however not properly taken care of.

The condo itself you can tell was taken care of at one point, however, from talking to local people, this unit has been purchased recently and since then the new management company seem to suck the profits up and put very little into the place. We arrived a little early knowing that you had to go to a separate location to check in, we arrived and they said “our unit was being cleaned” and wasn’t ready yet, so we walked down the street to the beach, half hour later, I receive a phone call giving some excuse about supply chain issues and that they couldn’t supply us with linens (bed sheets, towels, etc and offered to refund our cleaning fee) I was a little annoyed, yet said ok, as they did refund some money, my wife and I drove to Walmart and bought all the linens and such we needed, drove back to their checkin place on coastal highway, and waited in a long line to check in, my frustration was kinda growing at this point, because it would’ve been nice to receive a phone call to which we never did to tell us our unit was ready, we picked up our things and checked in, we received two parking passes and a paper with codes on it, I questioned the girl on keys and they told me that I used the code, drive two miles down road and go to open our room after lugging our luggage up, no keypad on door, no way to open it, call hotline because I am panicking at this time knowing their office closes at 5, after being transferred from hotline to uptown office to downtown office, I finally spoke with someone at the office I picked up passes at and she stated, “we have the keys” if you want to come get them, to which I reply “can someone bring them down here, I have all my luggage out and this will be my 4th time there today” they state “no we don’t have anyone who can do that, and please be here before 5 as we close then” so I pack everything back in car and speed up to there making it 5 min before they close and grab the key. “No sorry, no my apologies” nothing. Just hand me key. I get to the condo a little after 5 and it is a mess, nothing was cleaned, hair in both showers, food on table and counter, a pillow that had blood on it in 2nd bedroom, no I’m not exaggerating! Toilet didn’t work, doors didn’t lock, I’m running out of space to type but so much more to say! Stay somewhere else, way better places for the money. Special thanks to Amie for coming and cleaning after hours and Miguel for taking care of repairs on day 3 of us being there!

Floors dirty upon arrival. Overall cleanliness was lacking. Internet did not work. Cable awful and only worked in living room. TVs in other bedrooms useless as only hooked up to a DVD player(who brings DVDs to a vacation, or even uses them anymore?). One of queen beds in the queen bedroom railing broken and half bed lopsided and on ground. Unsleepable. Not enough towels. Overall a dated unit. Only good thing was location.
