Guest may take 20 steps from there OCEAN FRONT condo straight onto the beach in the heart of Ocean City surrounded by Put-put, incredible local restaurants, and other attractions just a couple streets away! Almost anything you can imagine is just a short walk away however if reluctant to walk or drive yourself the OC Bus always provides easy transportation up and down the entire Ocean City coastline! Additional free parking can be found curb side up and down Ocean City. As well as pay to park spots which can be found in the municipal lot on 100th street as well!

Beautiful view but needs updating

Location and size of apartment were great for my family. It was clean and ready on time, everything was in working order. The ocean front view was amazing and the hosts were responsive. However, most of the furniture could use updating and the patio furniture was also minimal and in bad shape.. The bathrooms are in need of updating as well.

Great location/views

We really enjoyed our stay at this property with plenty of room for our 5 little ones. Very convenient access to beach and wonderful views. Our only issues were there was unknowingly some food spilled into the burner pans on the stove which resulted in smoke filling condo the first time we tried to cook on it and we found a broom but no dustpan or vacuum to help us try to keep floors free of sand during our stay, so we improvised with a paper plate dustpan to keep it clean. Other than that great vacation and would stay here again!

Ideal location. Family-Oriented Fun.

Very clean, perfectly situated. The 4:00 pm check-in time felt late at the time, but it was well worth the wait — especially given the later-than-typical 11 am checkout time on the back end. We definitely recommend working with this owner/manager. They had sensible rules in place, and they clearly expected civil behavior and adherence to those rules, but they also showed restraint and understanding when the boys exuded a little too much excitement the first night — giving the guys a chance to make better decisions about decibel levels and language choices. It is a family-oriented location, which we all wanted and appreciated, and perfectly situated close to the beach. I’d highly recommend this place if they continue to accept Senior Beach Weekers in the future. (Well, I’d recommend them for everyone, but Beach Weekers are (understandably) not always the most welcome of guests. Moreover, some owners seem eager to accept them — only to kick them out at the first opportunity.) We were happy to find — and are happy to recommend — such a nice place with owner-managers willing to work with us and the boys.

My daughter assisted to find this spot on Verbo, she has vacationed many times using Verbo, this was my first experience. I loved the home, ocean and the drive to see the wild horses @ Assateage State park..

The perfect way to spend a weekend getaway

This condo is so clean, airy and spacious and the view….is amazing! The sunrise from the master bedroom balcony was spectacular and probably our favorite part. Our family does a weekend getaway every year and this will be our new destination spot for years to come! The host are very quick to respond and everything is perfectly described in their listing. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Perfect ocean front property

This is a fantastic place to stay. The view from the balcony is everything. Gorgeous sunrises and the resident fox in the sand dunes below. Love the location of the condo. Quiet. Beds were comfortable, linens and towels provided as well as basic toiletries. One thing to be aware of is that there’s no elevator, so make sure you can climb stairs. Definitely recommend this place. You’ll love it!

Great Family vacation.

My family and I had a great stay at this ocean city condo. It is very spacious and is so much better than staying in just a hotel room; especially with two young children. It was wonderful to wake up every morning and see the ocean. It has a lot of amenities such as a full size washer and dryer and nice kitchen to make all your meals. We also appreciated the puzzles and games they had there for the kids. We will definitely be coming back.

A couple of things that were left to be desired, was we notified management of both condos having water issues that did not last very long especially for something that is advertised to housing six or more people, when the showers would not last for one. That never got resolved, As for the room issue I greatly appreciate that being resolved with a second condo. There was complaint filed about a large grill that we were using that was highly inaccurate, it was a little air fryer which we keeping the peace move to the back of the truck, still an uncalled for situation. I enjoyed the fact that the condo was located only two blocks away from our destination site. Both condos were very nice clean and orderly and comfortable.

Simply the Best.

Condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. The view and proximity to the beach is perfection. Quiet area yet walking distance to a lot of restaurant options. Short drive to the boardwalk but it will be hard to leave the porch. There is a den of foxes (I counted 5), directly in front of the bedroom porch. Watched them for quite awhile early morning. You will have no regrets booking this condo!
