THINGS TO KNOW
No smoking

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Location and proximity to the beach was ideal. Unit was relatively clean but could have been better. Unit needed some maintenance, the handle on the sliding door was barely holding on and the clothes drying rack for the balcony was broken. Also, closet space is limited. One of the the two closets in the master bedroom was locked with owners items which we understand but the closet that was left was full of vacuums and bath mats. Closet in 2nd bedroom was limited do to the water heater being in there.

Beautiful view, nice pool, great location. Dirty condo with dog hair all over the floor, dried up noodle or something on the master bedroom comforter (had to buy own blankets) just can tell the room is as not cleaned well at all and I would not stay here again just because they let pets stay here and the dog hair was terrible.Dirty furniture too.Awesome vacation but filthy condo

We love Surfside

We have been coming to OC for 20 years and we love the Surfside 84. This condo has toys/games for the kiddos. Every kitchen appliance you can think of and we the outside closet is fully stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, tons of sand toys and games. The cleaners can do a bit of a more thorough job but other than that the place itself is a gem.

Great location and amenities

The unit was clean and modern and we appreciated the sand toys and beach chairs to use. The pool was also well maintained. It was nice to sit on the balcony and look out at the ocean. The check-in process was quick and painless. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Stay itself was GREAT - Vantage Agents FAILED

The property was absolutely gorgeous and cannot recommend staying there strongly enough. We have stayed dozens of places in Ocean City and this was one of our favorites - HANDS DOWN. The only negative was Vantage Realty and their initial and continued failure to properly communicate the current and on going issues/items affected by COVID-19 - like no pillows or blankets being available in the condo or if the property pool was actually open or not.

Great ocean views and family friendly!

We loved this condo! The views are amazing and the rooms were spacious. It is nicely decorated and it feels more like you are staying at a friends than a rental with it’s thoughtful touches and amenities. Steps to the beach, family friendly dining and the pool was great as well.
