Gorgeous 2 BR/ 2 BA Beachfront Condo

This wonderful 2 BR/ 2 BA has wood-style laminate flooring throughout the unit. The kitchen has newer style cabinetry, granite countertops, beautiful subway tile back splash and stainless-steel appliances. A spacious floor plan allows for plenty of room for dining, relaxing in the living room, or taking in the awesome views in the sunroom. The windows slide open to enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has a pyramid style bunkbed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. You'll also have a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleep space. The condo is equipped with a washer/dryer for guest use and, of course, free Wi-Fi.

Located on 103rd street, the Atlantis is a great location to enjoy all that North Ocean City has to offer. There are movie theatres, miniature golf, go-carts, wave runners, stand up paddleboards, Mopeds and even water slides all just a short drive away. You will also be close to Northside Park for participating in sporting events taking in the Sunday fireworks! Parents will love easy access to 2 grocery stores, and some of the best restaurants/bars that Ocean City has to offer.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* There is $60 resort fee that is due at check-in. It is paid to security at check-in.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. An additional parking spot is available on a first come/ first served basis and is $10/ per day. It is paid in cash to security at check-in.
* This condo is on the 16th floor. Atlantis is an elevator building.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 104th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.

great place to stay, literally walk to beach, amazing views ,i had widows open enjoyed ocean. i will definitely stay again. only thing i had problem it wasn't clean to my standards. but it so nice to come back home. ocean city has alot memories for me and now my family.

The photos in the listing were a big reason I chose this property, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to expectations. While the location is great and access to the beach and pool was definitely a plus, the unit itself felt very dated overall, with only minor updates in the kitchen.It felt mostly clean at first glance, but there were noticeable signs of wear and quite a bit of hair in multiple areas, which was disappointing. I was also told towel sets would be provided, but there were fewer than promised — I had to reach out to the property, though they did respond promptly. The furniture and rug felt uncomfortable, and the king bed was loud, creaky, and incredibly uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit in the second bedroom was loud and kept guests awake. The fans didn't circulate air well. Pieces of the blinds were missing, which meant a lack of privacy and also too much sun. Overall, while the setting was nice, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

We were cancelled the day before with no comparable property offered. The group going all work full time and had taken PTO to leave the next morning for our trip. I understand it was an incident with water, etc, however I would have expected a comparable property offer.

Condo has great view. Need an iron. Bedroom king size bed is very noisy. Bunk bed also noisy. No beach chairs or umbrella provided. Would come again.

pleasant experience

from booking to checking out, it was a very pleasant first experience with VRBO. owners were quick to reply and very nice. the unit was clean and just as described/shown in listing/pics. we will definitely be staying here again

Absolutely fantastic

The condo was absolutely fantastic, very clean and neat when we arrived. Just as pictures show. Would highly recommend. Kitchen was very nicely equipped. Definitely would like to stay with them again. 5 Stars!

Unit needs additional LR & Kitchen items

Nice, clean unit. However it’s supposed to hold 6-8 people & there was only enough LR furniture to seat the 4 of us. Three sat VERY cozy on the sofa & one got the little kid chair to themselves. Where would 2 or 3 more people sit? And I mean we were bumping elbows on the sofa all weekend. The kitchen has updated appliances, but none of the simple extras, like salt & pepper shakers (even disposable), dish rags & a couple towels would have been nice, a hand washed dish drainer (there wasn’t even complimentary dishwasher soap in the Unit.) There was some kind of liquid blue soap, but it was stored in a generic plastic water bottle(!) I thought that stuff needed to be labeled. Lastly, because we notice these things, the new paint job was a sloppy mess. We figured it was hurried and nobody heard of using the edging tape. Drove my son crazy. And once you start looking for those things, we saw them everywhere. We feel the Unit was recently purchased & rushed through paint & furnishings to get it listed & income generating asap. Location was great and the Property Manager was very kind in helping us locate a spare pool wrist band as a few were missing when we arrived.

Perfect beach front condo

Condo was exactly like described! Very clean. The building elevators and pool were cleaned daily ! It was larger then expected, plenty of room for 6 people . Very easy access to the beach and showers and hoses to clean off afterwards . Anything you need in walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation!

The unit is beautiful. We love how close it is to the beach, literally just behind the building. Beach is so quite. The property pool was also a wonderful plus, especially with little kids, very convenient. Thank you Vrbo!

Ocean City vacation

This condo was perfect! Looked exactly like the pictures, very clean, great location. Oceanfront view from balcony. Nice outdoor pool. I would definitely stay here again.
