Marcia's Place is a two bedroom one bathroom condo on 9th Street and St. Louis Ave. in "Old Ocean City" . Marcia's Place is a first floor unit.
Fully supplied kitchen with stove/oven, frig, microwave and Keurig. Cleaning supplies provided. Washer dryer with detergent in 2nd bedroom. Laundry detergent provided.
Queen bedroom and 2nd bedroom with bunk bed...a double and twin. One air mattress.

We had a great time at this location while in town for a music festival. The location was clean, and stayed cool while it was warm outside. Only change I would suggest is moving to electronic keypad locks instead of relying on being mailed a key. Overall a 5* stay. Thanks!

What a pleasant surprise, one of the best rentals we have found in a while. The place is in a great part of town, very close to the boardwalk, bay, and beach! The beach had excellent waves! We would stay again, thank you for the quick communication and the place to stay!

Great place for a great stay

Nice little place

This was a nice little place for me and my family to stay for our beach vacation. Perfect walking distance from the beach and boardwalk as well as the park and fishing pier. It could use some upgrades but there wasn’t anything that hindered our stay. We loved that they provided some beach supplies so we didn’t have to bring as much from home. It was a cozy place with good amenities.

Family friendly

The condo was clean and accurately described in the listing. There is s small yard for the kids to play, which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The owner is quick to respond to texts and very nice.

Cute place in great location

We had a great stay in OC here. Host was super communicative and able to answer all our questions. House was fully stocked and we had pretty much everything we needed for a short getaway. The house was also very clean. My son also enjoyed the community’s front lawn area. We will definitely stay again.

Awesome stay!!!

Location is excellent...within walking distance of the boardwalk, but in a quiet neighborhood. A short drive to other fun activities as well. Well kept and clean with extras for the beach. We will definitely be back!!!

Very nice place and close to the beach

The overall space was nice and for us it wasnt to large to have a hard time cleaning up daily from the beach which is helpful when you have kids running around. The walk to the beach took about 8minutes. Overall we had a great time and hopefully we can book it again in the future. Thank you
