    The Space:

    An incredible and unforgettable vacation awaits at this beachfront condo! Admire incredible views of the beach, ocean, and community pool from your spacious, private balcony while sipping on your morning coffee or enjoying lunch at the outdoor dining area. Get ready to take a refreshing splash in the shared outdoor pool, or if you'd like to dig your toes in the sand, the beach is nearby as well. Then, come back home to freshen up in the shower and treat yourself (and your loved ones) to a delicious home-cooked meal. The kitchen is equipped with everything you or the chef of the group could need to work your magic. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Max Occupancy per Local Regulations is six. All children count towards occupancy, regardless of age. Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card per parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building.

Great place, great view and very quiet! Condo was clean and spacious. Dishes, linen, beach chairs and small bag of toiletries provided. We loved our stay and cannot wait to return.

My family and I did enjoy staying at your condo. The ocean view is very beautiful. We had four adults and a baby and had plenty of room.

Excellent Stay and location

The entire process was quick and easy. The condo was ideal, large, near a lot and the beach. Great stay!!!

Perfect Location!

Perfectly located clean condo with all the amenities. Ocean is just steps away. Swimming pool is fabulous. Convenient shopping and great walkable restaurants.

Great spot

Fantastic place right on the beach. Traveled with my wife and daughter and enjoyed every bit of it. Updated bedrooms, bathrooms, and appliances. Closet full of beach supplies and great location in OC.

Great beachfront location!

The locatation and view was great! The kitchen was not clean when we arrived- we cleaned it ourselves. The rest of the place, including the bathrooms, seemed clean. We had everything that we needed and truly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The building is older, but very well maintained. WiFi and cable TV was excellent! We would return.

Cute place, needs updating

Loved the location, very cute place but needs updating. First thing we had to do was clean the floors and counters in kitchen. Took pictures to prove this condo was not cleaned. Have not received any reimbursement for cleaning services that were never done.

Fun Family Stay

We had a great experience staying at 1H in Highpoint North. It was My Husband, our two teenagers, and myself. We traveled with 4 other families who stayed in other condos at Highpoint North and Highpoint South. So let me say that there are plenty of upgrades inside this unit compared to other units. Beautiful tile work throughout. Nice and comfortable furniture. Fully stocked kitchen and beach closet with chairs, umbrellas, toys, rafts, etc. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 and then some. Great pool level large balcony with plenty of furniture. The outside of the building itself shows its age. However, the important thing to us was that the pool and deck area are lovely, updated, and well kept. We would definitely stay in this unit again!
