Sorry, WE DO NOT ACCEPT SENIOR WEEKER BOOKINGS, so please don't ask. Enjoy a sunset over the stunning Isle of Wight Bay from the spacious balcony! Located between 4th and 5th St. in downtown Ocean City, this 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom vacation condo is in the perfect location! You are short 2 1/2 block stroll to the boardwalk and beach. A short walk to many restaurants (highly recommend "De Lazy Lizard" for a sunset dinner or drinks on the bay), bars, amusements, and other activities. Around the corner is a bay-side boardwalk that offers license-free fishing and spectacular views of the bay. This is a great spot for photos! Around the other corner is a market/deli/beer and liquor store. You are located beside the skate park, playground, basketball courts, and fields. Park your car when you arrive and never need it again. If you want to go uptown, for $4 you can ride the bus all day.

This is a 3rd floor unit without an elevator, so please keep that in mind. There is a front balcony, living room with tv, pull-out couch, dining area with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with a full bed and bunkbeds. Remember to bring your own towels, linens, blankets, pillows, hair dryer, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Save money by bringing your own groceries and cook a meal or two! Please leave the unit as you found it with all dishes washed and in the strainer or put away. There is only on-street parking, but should usually be easily found. Unload out front, then park and not need the vehicle again.

You will LOVE the location and proximity to everything. I am happy to share it with you!

This is the second time we stayed at this rental and we chose to stay here again because it is a great location and within easy walking distance to the boardwalk. I parked my car and didn’t need to drive again until the morning that we left. So convenient. Great cozy 3rd floor apartment is comfortable and roomy enough for the 3 of us. Air conditioning works well, beds are comfortable and decor is nice. Thanks again!

Great place!

My 10 year old and I stayed for an extended weekend while he participated in a beach soccer tournament. Excellent little spot on the second floor. Nice cozy, clean place. Great communication from management. Location was excellent for beach/boardwalk access. Parking was free and easy.

A cozy, convienent beach apartment!

The property was easy to find and everything was in perfecr order upon arrival. No issues, the place was clean and only a 5 minute walk from the beach and the boards. Easy walking access to bars, stores and restaraunts. Emily was a great host making sure everything was ready to go. The place was quiet and comfortable, we will be staying again in a few months.

We loved that it had great access to the beach, boards, dinning and bay. All within walking distance and plenty to do while we stayed. It was very quiet inside our room. The room had a bit of a smell, and we do feel the floors could have been cleaner as well as cleaning behind and under beds and couches where we saw lots of dust bunnies. The smell of a clean spot makes it a lot easier to walk into, not the smell of smoke. I'd suggest this spot for a young couple not necessarily for a small family. This end of OCMD was more of a younger crowd. The place overall was cute and it was a very nice spot to stay and I would reccomend it. We also found parking very easily, and just kept parked there fore the week, walking to wherever we needed to go. My family wnjoyed our stay and the kids loved the beach feel of the room.

Excellent location!

Small apartment but it was great for our family of 3- walking distance to the beach and boardwalk and parking in the street was easy to find. Hosts were responsive to our questions and suggested some outings as well. We drove down to assateague to see the wild ponies and enjoyed beach and boardwalk time!

Locations was awesome! You can see the water from the house. However shower or hand towels were not included and the was no parking. We had to pay 50 a night for parking a mile away and walk.

Quiet and Restful

Well we were only there for one night, but it was surprisingly quiet. A 24/7 market around the corner. Great downtown location. Strong wifi. And well air-conditioned which was great in mid July.

Great mini-week!

The property was great for 3 adults! Location, amenities, cleanliness, decor - all lovely. The top bunk is a little close to the ceiling, so one person slept on the couch. A/C in living area was a little underpowered for the temps when we were there. Outside seating on the front deck was great, especially in the evening!

Amazing location

Very easy reservation process. Rental was the perfect size for myself and 2 daughters. Extremely convenient location to walk to the boardwalk. You have to be able to walk up and down stairs to the 3rd floor apartment which has a really nice view. I had no problem finding on street parking. We would very much recommend this rental.

Location location location!

This was such a cute little apartment only 2.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk on 4th street. Seriously the best location and a great deal all around. Park and never need your car! The owner, Andy was very responsive and checked to make sure everything was going well. We tried out De Lazy Lizard based on his recommendation and the food and ambiance was perfection. If you are planning a trip to OC, stay here! We will definitely be back :)
