  • ¡Disfruta de la puesta de sol sobre la impresionante isla de Wight Bay desde tu propio balcón! Ubicado entre 4th y 5th St. en el centro de Ocean City, este condominio de vacaciones de 1 dormitorio y 1 baño está en la ubicación perfecta. Estás a un corto paseo de 2 1/2 cuadras del paseo marítimo y la playa. Un corto paseo a muchos restaurantes (muy recomendable "De Lazy Lizard" para una cena al atardecer o bebidas en la bahía), bares, diversiones y otras actividades. A la vuelta de la esquina hay un paseo marítimo junto a la bahía que ofrece pesca sin licencia y vistas espectaculares de la bahía. ¡Este es un gran lugar para tomar fotos! A la vuelta de la esquina hay un mercado / tienda de delicatessen / cerveza y licorería. Estás ubicado al lado del parque de patinaje, parque infantil, canchas de baloncesto y campos. Estacione su automóvil cuando llegue y nunca más lo necesitará. Si quieres ir a la ciudad, por $ 3 puedes viajar en el autobús todo el día.

    Esta es una unidad del tercer piso sin ascensor, así que tenga esto en cuenta. Hay un balcón frontal, sala de estar con televisión por cable y reproductor de DVD, sofá futón, sofá cama, área de comedor con mesa y sillas, cocina totalmente equipada, baño y dormitorio con cama matrimonial y literas. Recuerde traer sus propias toallas, ropa de cama, mantas, almohadas, secador de pelo, toallas de papel, papel higiénico, jabón y esponja, bolsas de basura, jabón, etc. ¡Ahorre dinero trayendo sus propios alimentos y cocine una o dos comidas! Deje la unidad como la encontró con todos los platos lavados y en el colador o guarde. Solo hay estacionamiento en la calle, pero generalmente se debe encontrar fácilmente. Descargue al frente, luego estacione y no necesite el vehículo nuevamente.

Went with my family for a few days to have a mini vacation at Ocean City , We had booked a room at a nearby hotel which was horrible !!! But Thankfully we checked Expedia for a room nearby and came across this beautiful little place !! It was fantastic staying here !! Great place for a family, comfortable, price was great !! Host was great! replied to every message ! Everything was according to the pictures posted !! Would definitely stay here again !! Thank you for having us and making our experience at Ocean City great! After a whole day of activities, come to a place that feels like home to rest is amazing !!!

Quiet and Restful

Well we were only there for one night, but it was surprisingly quiet. A 24/7 market around the corner. Great downtown location. Strong wifi. And well air-conditioned which was great in mid July.

Great place!

My 10 year old and I stayed for an extended weekend while he participated in a beach soccer tournament. Excellent little spot on the second floor. Nice cozy, clean place. Great communication from management. Location was excellent for beach/boardwalk access. Parking was free and easy.

A cozy, convienent beach apartment!

The property was easy to find and everything was in perfecr order upon arrival. No issues, the place was clean and only a 5 minute walk from the beach and the boards. Easy walking access to bars, stores and restaraunts. Emily was a great host making sure everything was ready to go. The place was quiet and comfortable, we will be staying again in a few months.

Great mini-week!

The property was great for 3 adults! Location, amenities, cleanliness, decor - all lovely. The top bunk is a little close to the ceiling, so one person slept on the couch. A/C in living area was a little underpowered for the temps when we were there. Outside seating on the front deck was great, especially in the evening!

This is the second time we stayed at this rental and we chose to stay here again because it is a great location and within easy walking distance to the boardwalk. I parked my car and didn’t need to drive again until the morning that we left. So convenient. Great cozy 3rd floor apartment is comfortable and roomy enough for the 3 of us. Air conditioning works well, beds are comfortable and decor is nice. Thanks again!

Amazing location

Very easy reservation process. Rental was the perfect size for myself and 2 daughters. Extremely convenient location to walk to the boardwalk. You have to be able to walk up and down stairs to the 3rd floor apartment which has a really nice view. I had no problem finding on street parking. We would very much recommend this rental.

We loved that it had great access to the beach, boards, dinning and bay. All within walking distance and plenty to do while we stayed. It was very quiet inside our room. The room had a bit of a smell, and we do feel the floors could have been cleaner as well as cleaning behind and under beds and couches where we saw lots of dust bunnies. The smell of a clean spot makes it a lot easier to walk into, not the smell of smoke. I'd suggest this spot for a young couple not necessarily for a small family. This end of OCMD was more of a younger crowd. The place overall was cute and it was a very nice spot to stay and I would reccomend it. We also found parking very easily, and just kept parked there fore the week, walking to wherever we needed to go. My family wnjoyed our stay and the kids loved the beach feel of the room.

Excellent location!

Small apartment but it was great for our family of 3- walking distance to the beach and boardwalk and parking in the street was easy to find. Hosts were responsive to our questions and suggested some outings as well. We drove down to assateague to see the wild ponies and enjoyed beach and boardwalk time!

Locations was awesome! You can see the water from the house. However shower or hand towels were not included and the was no parking. We had to pay 50 a night for parking a mile away and walk.

Location location location!

This was such a cute little apartment only 2.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk on 4th street. Seriously the best location and a great deal all around. Park and never need your car! The owner, Andy was very responsive and checked to make sure everything was going well. We tried out De Lazy Lizard based on his recommendation and the food and ambiance was perfection. If you are planning a trip to OC, stay here! We will definitely be back :)
