Looking for your next beach escape? This lovely updated condo boasts everything you desire for a relaxing and fun getaway! The location is simply unbeatable. You will be within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and Ocean City’s quintessential attractions, and the beach. Walk one block to the Atlantic Ocean and spend the day in the surf and sand, basking in the sun. Then, come back home and rinse off the sand using the outdoor shower provided.

This condo features a fully equipped kitchen that has all you need to create your best dishes, including a Keurig coffee maker, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, a toaster, and a breakfast bar with seating for five. Plus, you have the choice of dining indoors or outdoors on the patio. When it comes to entertainment, this condo has something for everyone! Find smart TVs, DVD players, children's DVDs, a swim board, children's books, puzzles, and board games. You'll also have three beach chairs, one beach umbrella, one tent, beach toys (football, volleyball, boogie board, sand castle toys), fishing gear & a beach trolley. Items are located in the storage outside the patio. At the end of the day, retreat to your cozy bed for a restful sleep. Sundance II is the perfect place for a weekend away!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was a nice place but the floors could have been cleaned better the dust could have been cleaned up from bathroom exhaust fans and air conditioners and the tub drain could be looked at or fixed drained way to slow

Great location and nice apartment!

Great ground-floor unit near 120th street. Close to everything! Clean, spacious apartment with plenty of seating and TVs. Window AC units kept us comfortable. Only gripe is the beds - they are hard as a rock, which doesn’t suit everyone.

Paid too much for too little

Was not impressed with the sizes of the TVs. A 27" tv in a master bedroom is crazy. A 19" for 2-3 people to share in the other bedroom is also out of control. TVs are cheap now. The mattress and bed frame in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. The mattress was too hard and the bed frame kept disconnecting with every movement in the bed. The bathtub didnt drain well. The shower curtains were cheap in the master bathroom. The patio furniture had to be wiped down and patio had to be swept, lots of dirt and dust. However, the house was family friendly and close to the beach which was a plus. Loved the huge kitchen island with plenty of seating around it for me and my family to eat. Also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and cleaning supplies.

Not good for toddlers

Location was great! Short walk to the beach and all the beach supplies were great. Quiet area, not a lot of people around this time of year. However, our feet were constantly dirty from the floors, we could’ve really used a swiffer mop. The AC units were so loud that my spouse and I were joking that it was like we were in a wind tunnel and could not hear each other speaking. Finally, if you have a small toddler who loves pushing buttons, this place is not for you. All the AC units and the washer/dryer, and dishwasher were all at the perfect height for a toddler to run around pushing all day. The glass door to get outside could also very easily pushed open if the storm door is not closed so we spent a lot of time chasing our toddler outside if we didn’t close the door storm door behind us.

Great family vacation

This unit was very clean. Its bottom floor just walk out of door and across the parking lot right to the beach!!!!! It has everything you need in the storage closet for the beach….. umbrellas, chairs, all kinds of toys…. Boogie boards…. Fishing rod and tackle box…. Everyone enjoyed it and is very open space and clean inside.

Spent my first day cleaning.

This property was NOT clean on arrival. Sand and dirt all over the floor. There was some brown stain behind the couch. Dead flies on the pictures and windows, you can tell it wasn’t wiped down. Everything felt really disgusting. We spent our first night there cleaning just to make it a bit comfortable. The smoke detector kept beeping low of battery. Was hoping to find supplies of batteries somewhere but had to run out and get a new battery to replace it. I didn’t mind running out to grab it though but was annoyed that I had to clean.. that’s the last thing you want to do when you arrive with young children who will play and touch everything. Had a hard time locating this “parking permit” vacasa talked about but was never followed up about it. Very confusing. We were able to talk to vacasa about the issues but tbh nothing was really resolved. Prob would not book with vacasa again.

Pass This One Up!

Not at all worth the money. Get a good hotel room with a nice pool and enjoy your stay. We spent most of our time either being locked out because of a storm door known by the owner and management to be in need of repair or cleaning the house because of neglectful maintenance. You cannot see the Ocean nor hear it from the property because of the busy highway on the front side of the building. The neighborhood is "sketchy". The furniture is old and/or in need or repair. The oven has a grease stain in the bottom which has been baked on. The bathrooms are severely outdated and dirty. The towels feel like sandpaper. Pass this one up.

This place was fantastic. We had some trouble figuring out the dryer, but I guess there is a water collection tank that needs to be emptied before it will continue to dry. So close to the beach and great food, super convenient and great if you just want a relaxing vacation.
