  • Profesionalmente decorado, frente al mar, condominio de 3 recámaras, 1 1/2 baño; Edificio de 6 unidades con estacionamiento privado en la calle-2 espacios; retiro tranquilo en el piso superior (3er) con vista al mar de 180 grados y sin obstrucciones en los edificios laterales o frontales. Conveniente ducha privada al aire libre. ¡Mire a los delfines jugar y disfrute de impresionantes vistas del océano desde la gran terraza cubierta, sala, comedor y cocina! Amplia cocina totalmente amueblada con barra de desayuno. Renovación de cincuenta mil dólares 2016-2017.



    North Ocean City ofrece playas grandes, limpias y vigiladas por la vida con menos personas y menos tráfico, a menos de 3 horas de D. C., Pennsylvania, Nueva Jersey y Carolina del Norte. The best view in OC! We've stayed here several times with family and appreciate the large dining table, the spacious balcony and the well-stocked kitchen.

Breathtaking ocean views!! We loved our stay in this ocean front condo and the location was excellent. We’d definitely rent this unit again. The communication with David was excellent and unit had everything we needed for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view is beautiful and access to the beach easy. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. The thing that we either missed or weren’t aware was it is on the third floor. This would be very difficult for two 70 year olds if we hadn’t had our adult grandchildren with us. I honestly don’t think we could have brought our things up and down.The bedrooms are small with one having a very small space between the beds and no other space in the room. That would have been fine for small children but a challenge for adults. Aside from that the place is great and we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

We enjoyed our stay! The unit has been well cared for and has the best view of the ocean-especially for sunrise and watching the dolphins swim by. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach-hopeTo be back!

This location was AMAZING! Loved the beach view and easy access to the beach. The apartment itself is nicely decorated, again with beach views from sitting room and dining room. Well-stocked kitchen. Shops / restaurants close-by. David was very responsive and helpful. We would gladly visit again

Thank you again David for a wonderful stay at your family home. It has become our favorite place with a beautiful 24/7 ocean view and easy and quick beach access. We plan to make it a tradition! See you next year!
