This five-bedroom oceanside getaway is just a few steps from the beach and is a luxury vacation spot on 87th Street, tailor-made for a large family (or two)! One of the few oceanside units in Ocean City of this size, the home features a private balcony with an ocean view, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, free WiFi, four TVs, a DVD player, a private washer/dryer, central AC, and private parking for two vehicles!

St. Kitts is perfect for a family or group looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation close to the beach in Midtown Ocean City. Outside, you are a short stroll from the Wine Rack, Trattoria Lombardi's, Schooner's, Ropewalk, and Hobbit Restaurant.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great place to bring in the New Year!

Excellent accommodations, each room had its own bathroom! The place was comfortable and the main living room/kitchen/dining room spacious and well set up! My siblings and their families a,ways get together after Christmas to celebrate Christmas together and ring in the New Year as a family! This was a great place to do it!

Property management Vasca was no helpful

The only ocean view is from a balcony that seats 4 people. Had a nice dining table that sat 10 but kitchen very poorly stocked. TV very small for large living room and the place needs a coat of paint. Kitchen had 6 forks and 1 larger fork, no hot pads, no kitchen towel, no baking sheets, no cutting board and the tiniest microwave. We called Vasca and asked for forks (we had brought steaks) and baking sheet and cutting board. Received noting. Why have a management company if they don’t accommodate your guests.

Golf trip

The property was in a good location and was perfect for a group of 5 guys. Each of us had our own bedroom and three bedrooms had a private bathroom.

Spacious and accommodating for amall group

Overall impression was that the unit was huge, modern (except for tvs) and the bedrooms were nicely laid out for privacy. However, the tvs were small, and only the living room's and one bedroom's tv worked. There was only 2 rolls of tp provided to cover the entire unit, which had 5 bdrms 4 1/2 bathrms.

WHEN I PAY TOP DOLLAR I EXPECT TOP QUALITY SERVICE!!!

A new dishwasher was installed on Saturday(7/22). We attempted to wash a load on Sunday(7/23) & discovered it had not been connected to the water or secured under the counter. A lengthy call for service on Monday to # you provided; another call on Tuesday & a third and 4th call Wed. A repairman arrived Wed. Four days washing dishes by hand on my vacation!!! In addtion the toilet in #2 Bathrm ran constantly. We have stayed @ other units @ St Kitts as well as comparable accommodations in OC and never experienced this level of incompetence.

The condo was very nice. We loved the layout as it accommodated 10 of us comfortably. Our stay was negatively impacted by some serious maintenance issues that I reported but were never addressed by the local Ocean City Vacasa maintenance team. Our dryer had no heat, only cold air which pretty much made it useless. Having a washer and dryer is something I always require in a beach rental. On this vacation we couldn't get laundry to dry in a cold air only dryer. So everyone went home with piles of dirty laundry. One of the bathtub drains was clogged. Water stood in the tub after showering. After repeated calls with no response from maintenance, we managed to pull a big clump of hair out if the drain and got it working. The dishwasher didn't fully drain leaving dirty gross water in the bottom. We ended up hand washing dishes. Not what you want to do in a high end vacation rental. The hot water faucet in the master tub is stripped. I turned it on and couldn't get it to turn off. Luckily we were able to get it to turn off by pushing down on the faucet while turning. The toilet in one of the bathrooms had a terrible smell. Probably a cleaning issue. So no, our experience wasn't positive. I realize things break and problems happen but Vacasa's failure to call or send maintenance after multiple calls to the number I was given at check in is absolutely inexcusable. Your local customer service during our stay was nonexistent

Family reunion (7 seniors)

The property was quite lovely, exactly as pictured. It was spacious, clean, and well equipped. We enjoyed the large, open kitchen, living and dining room, and balconies. Conveniently located near the beach and close to many restaurants. The only negative thing I could comment on, is the largest queen size bedroom did not have a standup shower, but rather a large Jacuzzi with a hand held a shower. We look forward to renting this property at our next reunion.

Spacious attractive home with beautiful ocean view

Loved the ocean view from the balcony! Great home for our large group with four generations ranging from 7 months to almost 90 years old. Safe, short walk to the beach (2nd building to ocean). Frustrating experience with vacasa's lack of follow through.

St Kitts property

Comfortable and surprisingly large rental. We enjoyed the stay and felt comfortable the whole week with grandparents and teens all under one roof. The only issue was that the kitchen was not stocked well for cooking purposes and lacked some basics but had enough to cook the basics. Our lock didn’t work on the keyless entry, but within 20 mins of me calling the property manager they were onsite and helped fix the situation. Overall a great trip!

Spacious rental with open space

We had two families stay at the property for a long weekend for a lacrosse tournament. We found the property to be spacious and comfortable. The floor plan was suitable for entertaining. Parking was easy. We had brought my SUV with the Thule carrier on top. It would have been a tight squeeze in the assigned parking but there was plenty of parking in the street. We did find that the oven didn’t heat properly when trying to bake dinner although it did warm up.

Perfect Getaway

This condo was amazing. Great bedroom sizes, steps from the beach, patio has a beach view, more than enough parking, super clean, plenty of room for the entire family and quiet neighbors.

Good and not-so-good experience

Spacious house and enough for the number of guests. However, towels and napkins were not provided according to the number of guests that were entered while booking the facility. Furniture was sufficient, but they need deep cleaning and de-staining.. Time to upgrade the boiler system, there is heavy traffic even in winter months. Parking information was not accurate. There was plenty of street parking and the host did not provide any information about it when we asked about it. The management company at least should be able to provide that information accurately. We were 3 families and we would have driven in 3 cars instead of cramming into 2.

Couples Getaway

The place was huge and Beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. It was so nice to have the linens/towels, all of the beds were made upon arrival. They even supply the paper products. We are looking forward to making this a yearly tradition!!

We had rented the condo last year too. The toilet in between the two bedrooms still needs to be bolted tighter to the wall. Oven takes a while to heat. Kitchen sink water takes a long time to heat. Otherwise great weekend getaway with family.

Needs attention

The location and size of this property were great, but it needs attention. The furniture is older and stained, the carport needs replacing (is bunched in certain areas), the one sink in primary bedroom didn't drain well, showers smell of mildew, hot water faucet in primary tub didn’t work, slider in primary didn’t close properly, and kitchen isn’t well stocked (there were only 11 forks and only LARGE spoons—it was so odd). We won’t be returning to this property.

Beautiful Condo at a Great Location

This is an awesome condo. It's large, comfortable, well decorated and a perfect place for a larger family. We all enjoyed having our own bedroom and bath. The kitchen is great, with enough room for us to cook our meals. The living area does not exactly match the photo since there is a large sectional sofa instead of the white sofas in the photo. But we felt we had more room to seat our family with the sectional. The bedrooms are roomy and nicely decorated. We enjoyed seeing the ocean from the deck. Overall we were happy with the décor, the size the the condo, and the location. To say we were pleased is an understatement, we were impressed! We are already making plans to return again.

Quick Getaway

The property was clean, spacious and had sufficient amenities. It is also tastefully decorated in lovely beach themes. It does require touch ups that are needed to make a nice place feel like home - for example bathroom towel railings were broken or missing. The kitchen appliances are rental quality, which can be disappointing when other amenities are nice. But overall it was a good spot.
