Welcome to Bluewater East 603 N, your relaxing coastal getaway located at 13400 Coastal Highway in beautiful Ocean City. This spacious condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups looking to experience the best of Ocean City together. With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an additional half bath, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax after long days in the sun.



Picture arriving in North Ocean City, the ocean breeze greeting you as vacation officially begins. After settling in, step out onto the large furnished balcony, where you can take in the coastal air and start to unwind. Mornings here are best spent with a fresh cup of coffee from the drip coffee maker, watching the neighborhood slowly wake up while you plan the day ahead.



When everyone’s ready, grab your towels and take the short walk to the nearby beach access at 135th Street. Spend the morning swimming, collecting shells, or simply stretching out in the sand while the Atlantic waves roll in. Later, cool off with a refreshing dip in the community outdoor pool, a perfect spot to relax after a morning on the beach.



Back inside, the living area offers a comfortable place for everyone to gather. Whether you're sharing stories from the beach, watching a movie together, or simply relaxing on the couch after a long day outside, the open layout keeps everyone connected.



The dining area provides a welcoming space for group meals, and the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking simple whether you're preparing a full dinner or a quick breakfast before heading out. You’ll also find a bullet blender, perfect for smoothies, frozen drinks, or a quick snack before heading to the beach.



After dinner, you might take a drive to explore the famous boardwalk, enjoy dessert nearby, or simply return to the balcony to enjoy the evening breeze before turning in for the night.



For added convenience, the condo also includes an iron and ironing board, making it easy to freshen up clothes before heading out for dinner or an evening stroll.

All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

What is the minimum age to rent?

✹ Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present for the entire stay. Sorry, we do not rent to Senior Week or similar student groups. Parents cannot rent on behalf of children under 25.



How do I access the property?

✹ We utilize an E-Lock system for easy, contactless check-in. You will receive your unique access code prior to arrival.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as relaxing as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, birthday, photo ID, and signing a rental lease agreement. All information is stored internally and not sold to any third party as this is how we verify age and legally protect our homes.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine).



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.



Personal Property & Items Left Behind

Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave.

Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. We do not guarantee that left-behind items will be found, retained, or returned.

If an item is located, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at the contact information on file. Perishable items, opened food, beverages, and toiletries are discarded immediately.

Return shipping is available at the guest's expense and is subject to a handling fee in addition to actual shipping costs. Items are shipped at the guest's sole risk, and we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Arrangements for local pickup must be scheduled in advance during business hours. By booking this property you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
