We would definitely stay here again! The place was clean, had a beautiful view, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with! The only thing I would say is if you are driving a pickup truck the parking spaces can be tight fitting but definitely a minimal thing and didn't impact our trip! Would definitely recommend staying here!

From start to finish just an amazing place! The pool was great, the house was beautiful and the view was amazing!! Would 100% recommend! Patti was super and very easy to communicate with. If you want the perfect place, this is it!

Amazing Property!

The Condo was in a great neighborhood, it was quiet and close to the beach. Acme grocery store at the end of the street. Two Balconies to enjoy coffee in the morning. The one that overlooks the Bay gave us an incredible show of turtles, baby jellyfish, and shanks in the morning hours. Love that there were sand toys and accessories for the beach available to use. Patty made the check in process extremely easy and was readily available if we had questions or needed anything. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and we loved our stay in Ocean City. We would Definitely stay here again.

Five Stars

Right from the start, Patty was so kind and responsive, answering questions very timely. During our stay, some questions arose and she again responded right away. The property is very true to the photos. Everything was immaculately clean on our arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could think of. She even has ziplocks, foil. Saran Wrap, coffee filters. Toilet paper, and paper towel. The closet had 2 coolers, 2 beach chairs and so much more! There was even laundry detergent socked for us. Every morning we relaxed on the balcony with our coffee in the comfy captains chairs and watched the beautiful bay awaken with the activity of boats and birds. The only suggestion I can think of is to bring queen sheets with the deep pockets because the mattress is super thick and my queen fitted sheet almost didn’t make it over the corner but final did with a slight struggle. The beds were very comfortable and we had great sleep at night. I would definitely book this property again in the future!

Another amazing stay!

At this point, Patty’s Place is our go-to spot in OCMD! It’s great proximity to the hustle and bustle of the city, but then you get to stay in the beauty and calm of the bay. My family always leaves feeling so much more relaxed and satisfied after staying at Patty’s!

Family Vacation

I stayed here with my family for our little vacation. It was nice and cozy it felt like home. Everything was so easy to book and the property manager was awesome she replied to every question so promptly. The place is beautiful very clean and very well kept.

Enjoyed the view

Easy contact with owner, Patty. Enjoyed the pool very much and so did my two boys. Had a plumbing issue, but Patty was quick to respond. Glad I got damage protection and it happened on our last day! There was no air fryer although it is listed as such. Both beds were higher than normal making it hard for my nine year old to get on and off, but we had a pull out couch he could use. Washer wasn’t working, but was informed after booking. A good stay overall.

Wonderful Bayside View Condo

Condo looked just as great as it did in the pictures, exceptionally clean, and stocked with all the necessarily kitchen tools. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

Found this great place on Vrbo while looking for a mini-week. Making the reservation was easy, and once familiar with the Vrbo app, communication with the host was timely and helpful. Beautiful bayfront location,as pictured,which we loved. We planned to drive up to Coastal Hwy for beach access based on another review re: parking near the Acme. Condo very clean and well appointed. We’d book again.
