    This beach house was absolutely perfect for our family spring break getaway! It was spacious, well stocked, and had plenty of room for our family! There was parking onsite for our 3 cars which was super convenient. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The house was perfectly decorated and the kitchen was stocked with every you needed. The hosts, Matt and Julie, were especially awesome and kept us informed and answered all our questions with a super quick response! One of the best things about this house was the location. We were only a block from the boardwalk and beach! We highly recommend this house and would give it 10 stars if we could! Will definitely stay here again!

    Amazing location. Less than five minutes from the beach. Large space with plenty of beds. Bathrooms are small. Carpet needs replacing. Overall a very nice stay.

    Great family Easter vacation!

    This property was perfect for our family of 14 for the Easter weekend. Very close to boardwalk & can see the ocean from the beautiful deck. The property had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen w/ everything we needed more!

    We had a great time at this beach house in Ocean City. We had a mix of 4 families and the house was spacious and a fantastic location. It was an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. We would stay here again.

    Great family vacation

    The property was exactly what we wanted for our family vacation. Location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, shopping, & restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked & very clean. Living room/dining room easily accommodated our group & wrap-around porch a lovely spot to relax. Bedrooms were very comfortable with multiple sleeping options. Be aware that there is a lower level rental unit that was occupied during part of our stay. We never heard nor saw the other renters, but as early risers with younger children we tried to keep that fact in mind.

    Wonderful Stay

    This was by far the best property we've stayed in in Ocean City! The house was cute and clean. Plenty of seating in the family room for large groups. Sitting on the porch at night after the kids were in bed was a treat! Having linens provided, as well as "starter" toiletries was extremely helpful, as it cuts down on all of the extra items that we had to remember to pack. Not needing to make all of the beds, as well as not needing to strip them all down at the end was also a huge plus. Checkout mornings are always hectic, and this checkout process was the easiest we've had. The hosts were also extremely responsive with communications. We will 100% stay here again!

    Short but Great OC Stay!

    We only had a few days to stay in Matt and Julie’s place in OCMD but had a great time! The home was just as listed and in great condition. Great location, good parking, easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. The hosts were responsive when we had any questions through the VRBO app. Plenty of kitchen amenities and very clean. Great family time at the beach! Next time we head to OC, we’ll look at this as our first option.

    Golf Trip

    We had a large group for a golf weekend and could have not asked for a better host and house! Close to several top notch golf courses, beautiful home in the best part of the strip. Less than 5 min walk to the beach and Hammerheads bar and grill! Must stay if in OC.

    Beautiful house and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed down to a griddle. Loved the location. Only thing is the master bedroom upstairs lock and the bathroom lock needs replaced also. We would definitely stay there again.

    Toilet leaking at base…. Toilet near kitchen. Sliding door to deck wouldn’t slide. Kitchen table too big….or remove white armwoire from dining area. Gates broken. Fan in downstairs bathroom not working. Lights in living room not working. DVD was advertised in house book but not found.

    Amazing Property

    Truly amazing property with everything already laid out for you in advance to make the transition as easy as possible. Very cleanly and in a nice neighborhood. Only a block from the beach and boardwalk with many food and recreational options in walking distance. There is very easy and clear communication with the owners, who are very kind and considerate. I very much recommend this property if you have a large family or group looking for a rental in OCMD.
