From the large, shared patio area you can enjoy a good book, sunbath, gaze out into the bay as the boats and dolphins pass by or even take a much-needed nap. Maybe your idea of relaxation is throwing a fishing rod out into the water and trying to catch that night's dinner or kayaking on the water. Either way, we have you covered.

Need a little romance? Nothing is more romantic than a beautiful sunset and you aren't going to find a better one in ocean city. Imagine enjoying your own special sunset from the privacy of your balcony. Whether you are watching it over a special dinner, enjoying some cocktails or maybe just holding that special someone in your arms, you will be amazed at the colors and beauty that glisten from the waters as the setting sun reflects off of it.

All of these great features of being located directly on the bay, yet you are only a few short blocks to the beach, Coastal Highway and all the fun that Ocean City, MD has to offer!

The unit itself features a modern galley style kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is ready to cook those romantic meals. There is a dining area along with a good-sized family area for relaxing. Central AC will keep you cool on those hot summer days. The bedrooms feature a king- and queen-sized bed along with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room and master bedroom have TVs and there is free Wi-Fi.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor, which is up a flight of stairs. There is no elevator.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. There is additional open parking on the street.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 118th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* There is no pier available for docking boats, jet skis, etc.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

We had a great stay at this property. The location has good access to all that north OC has to offer. The views from the balcony are spectacular! Must say though that the pictures don’t capture that the home is much older than it appears so we were a little surprised by that. However it was very clean and the primary bed is very comfortable. We watch a lot of TV so upgrading the TVs would be a nice upgrade.

Our stay was outstanding everything was just like the pictures shown. We loved the view, the sunset and sunrise also hearing the wave at night while sleeping was amazing. Will be back again. I highly recommend.

Great stay

Great property with beautiful views. Condo was well equipped with the only thing lacking being scissors.The only negative thing I can say is while the neighborhood was very nice, it is at least a 1/2 mile walk to the main road in ocean City which means lots of time walking.The smoke detector was also "chirping" during the last night but we left early in the morning so we didn't need to worry about that long.

Overall it was a decent stay. The beds and pillows were very low quality so we all had issues with sleeping. The balcony was also leaking fluid periodically from the upstairs unit.

Great stay in a great location on the bay! Good fishing and crabbing on the dock . The location is ideal for great restaurants and shopping. Safe and quiet location close to everything.

Better on the Bay

In a quiet neighborhood. We attend the Marlin Open every summer and have always stayed on the bay usually around 75th/85th Street. What’s nice about 118th Street and this property is that it is on the water (as opposed to a marsh) and offers a great dock to fish from. My teenage son spent hours fishing. A longer walk to the beach but we were able to find parking each time. Close to a Food Lion and Fractured Prune, as well as other restaurants and pizzerias. A very nice stay.

Excellent bay condo getaway

The condo was the perfect size for our small family. Excellent location directly on the bay with a private balcony accessible from the master bedroom and living room. The linen service was a new experience for us, but was a great idea and saved us space in the car. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials and a Food Lion less than a mile away to pick up anything you may need. Great location to the beach and walkable for us, but you will definitely need a wagon depending on how much you take with you. The owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful with our questions. Would definitely consider booking there again for our next each vacation.

Gorgeous and relaxing

This rental was a pretty fabulous place to stay for a little getaway with my mom. The rooms were perfect for two adults and very spacious and clean. Decor was nicely understated coastal, furniture was comfortable, and the natural light during the day was fantastic. The kitchen could use a bit of attention, the under- counter trash can unit was sometimes difficult to slide out/ in and there were some cooking pans that weren't in great condition. I love to cook while on vacation and there were a few items that weren't available that would have come in handy such as measuring cups/spoons, maybe some updated knives, and a vegetable peeler. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the double oven and the unique cooktop! I was able to turn out some really delicious meals during our stay.

Very Nice Stay

Beautiful setting, quiet, close to restaurants, shopping, most anything you need. Facility was well appointed. The only recommendations are that both the carpets in the living room and master bedroom need cleaning.

Sunset views

Property listing was as described in VRBO. Checkin/out contactless and easy. Quiet area, comfortable living and sleeping spaces and beautiful sunsets. Condo is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, though not a problem for us, could be for those with trouble climbing stairs. We brought our own linens and towels and recommend bringing a fan for the master bedroom. Evening sun made the room warm and stuffy for sleeping but otherwise everything was lovely. We felt at home and would stay again. If looking for a relaxing beach, pack a book and a lunch and make the short drive to Fenwick state beach, just a few miles north. Quiet, with unobstructed access to the sun. Enjoy!

Great Place

Our family of 6 enjoyed the Bayview condo. Good location, easy short drive to the beach. Close to activities and restaurants. Gorgeous sunset views and a clean condo. Also, it is on the 2nd floor just a few steps but enough to possibly be problematic for those with mobility issues, especially with carrying items in and out. Parking lot is extremely tight and not easy to get in and out of. Otherwise no complaints and would book again!
