    The Space:

    Admire stunning and unbeatable 22nd-floor views from this incredible condo! This retreat is not to be compared to others; it has not one but three full balconies. Enjoy fabulous sunrises from the oceanfront balconies and dramatic sunsets from the bayside balcony. This delightful home boasts 1,188 square feet of oceanfront living with comfortable seating in a large living room as well as a game table and separate dining area. Nothing beats the convenience of having your own washer/dryer combo on-site for your laundry needs. Now you can pack as light as you would like. When mealtime comes around, the kitchen and all of its stainless steel appliances will have your back. When you book this dreamy beach abode, you and your guests will be granted access to a shared heated indoor pool, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining areas.



    Things to Know

  • Please note: During the off-season, After Labor Day and before Memorial Day the building will be doing balcony reconstruction work. Please be aware that the bayside balcony will be closed during this time period. Construction will take place on weekdays, and guests may experience some intermittent noise during this time.
  • Guests may park anywhere. A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Parking permits and registration is only seasonal and only required between May and mid September. If booking outside of this timeframe, you do not need to abide by the above and are welcome to park anywhere.

    Parking permits can be obtained at the Coastal Resort office located in the lobby on the right hand side. If you are arriving after hours, please go to the security office to obtain a temporary parking permit. You will be required to go to the check-in office at 9 am the next morning to get your permit. Security patrols parking early in the morning and no temporary passes will be permitted. Parking permits MUST be displayed at all times or the vehicle could be towed at the owner's expense

    Additional Parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental.
  • Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Right at Home

Such a comfortable stay. The building was nice, security was courteous, and the rental itself was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds and living room furniture are comfortable and the whole place is nicely decorated. We will definitely stay here again.

Stay in Ocean City

This is my second time at the condo. I enjoyed the view from all three balconies and the quietness of the property. We will only stay there when we are in Ocean City

Perfect Location

We had a fantastic experience at this unit. The condo was perfect for our family's  needs--spacious, beautifully decorated, and with all the amenities needed for a home away from home. It was exceptionally clean and the views of the ocean were breathtaking. Looking forward to planning our next visit.

Relaxing

My husband need a get away. This is our first time using VRBO to rent a condo for the weekend. The place was clean and has everything you would need if you were staying for a period of time.

OC Trip 2022

Condo was very nice, just as advertised. It could use a ice maker in the fridge but everything else was first class. Century building it is located in is very well run. Would definitely stay there again.

Have nothing bad to report

Vacation checked in with us when we arrived to make sure we were happy with the cleanliness of the condo. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store within walking distance even during the off season. Everyone working at Century I was also very helpful and pleasant!

Nice Layout

We really appreciated this condo layout. The upper level bedroom gave the grandparents some separate space. It was nice to have multiple balconies.
