Great stay and in a wonderful place. Outside the busy streets but close to everything. Got a delay in boarding our ship because of fog but Cheryl let us have a few more hours. The only thing I could complain about is NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT . This VRBO is a gem. I'd come again in a minute, recommend highly. Thanks for your hospitality.

Comfortable older home

Chose this home based on proximity to our planned activities for the month. It was homey--master bed comfortable; furnace/ac worked well; tvs good. A bit dated--some of the kitchen utensils/pans and bathroom towels/washcloths are due to be replaced.

“Great Host, Great House!”

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Ocala, Florida while in town for a concert. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, a washer and dryer, and a generous supply of toiletries. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. I even accidentally left something behind, and they went above and beyond by mailing it back to me. I truly appreciated that extra effort. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in Ocala

The house was very nice and clean. We found it to be comfortable and had no issues. The street to the property was a little rough due to poor upkeep but had no bearing on the house.

Welcome to 1973. Very dated interior and furnishings but very clean. Everything worked well air-conditioning & heat. Things were quiet. Kitchen was fully stocked and ready to cook in. This was not a surprise based on the detailed photos in the listing. Someone else also had commented on the condition of the roads leading to the property, which are very rough and need resurfacing.

Stay in Ocala

Host was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived for our stay and Hurricane Milton joined us. Because of the storm we lost power for 16 hours (obviously through no fault of the owner). She, however, stayed in touch and made all the calls needed to inform power company that power was out. She was great to work with.

Sweet owner and perfect property!

This home was exactly what my girls and I needed when visiting my mother in Ocala! I don’t like traveling without my husband when I’m with my girls, but this house felt safe and was in a family friendly area. The girls loved all of the “olden days” touches like the pink and blue bathrooms and I loved that we all had our own bedrooms to get some space after a long car trip. Cheryl was incredibly welcoming and fast to respond. I’ve told some friends to stay here next time they come to Ocala and we hope to make this our house to stay in when we come next, too! It was exactly what we needed!
