Luxury house at Praia D'el Rey Golf & Beach Resort

Pinheiros (Pine Trees) is a luxury 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house which is fully furnished to a high standard. Set within beautiful landscaped grounds and gardens in the exclusive Vila Dos Principes within the Praia D'el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The house which has the sun all day is situated in a quiet, south-west facing location with views of 9th Fairway and shares 3 large heated swimming pools within 50 - 200m. The Golf Club House, Practice Area and 1st Tee are all within a few minutes walk. There are also tennis courts with a teaching academy and a 5* Marriott Hotel with health spa nearby within the resort. You have the choice of miles of spectacular beach or Obidos lagoon for water sports and swimming in the sea. Enjoy your drinks on the terrace with the sound of the sea.

Spacious, cool living & dining areas opening on to terrace with landscaped garden. Well-equipped kitchen. First floor master bedroom with luxury ensuite & large balcony with views of the gardens & 9th Fairway.

Information packs are provided (via email and paper copies left in house) which give further details about: (1) all of the activities at the resort and within the surrounding areas as well as the many nearby places of interest; (2) suggestions for local restaurants; and (3) the facilities and appliances within the house.

Perfect spot

We enjoyed staying in this nice apartment - lots of space, good surroundings, no noise from traffic and well equipped. And it was easy to get in contract with the owner or other relevant persons. Highly recommendable. Just remember you need a car if you want to go to cities nearby.

Summer Holidays

Great communication from booking the property until our day of arrival - and a welcome pack of many essentials is a lovely touch. Plenty of space in the town house and nice outdoor areas to sit and have breakfast and lunch. Fantastic location for the pools and golf driving range/practice area. The golf clubhouse is a short walk too if you don't want to get the car for food and drink.

Very nice for golfers

The house is very nice and fitted well for a family of 6+baby I would highly recommend it for golfers and for a chill vacation for adults. Car is necessary for grocery shopping and restaurants.

Nice big villa

We enjoyed the house, it was comfortable and clean and had enough space for 6 persons. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden. You will definitely need a car since the resort is quite far from other villages in the area, for example it's a 20 minute drive to Peniche.

nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 2 semaines dans cette villa. la maison et son environnement sont magnifiques. le resort est un peu isolé des commerces, il faut absolument une voiture sur place.

Great, very beautifully maintained location

We've been to Praia d'el Rey before, but never so close to the clubhouse, driving range etc. which we enjoyed a lot. Being in a separated area (gate) we felt safe leaving the surfboards on the car (though shouldn't be a problem in the entire complex). The closest of three pools (30 s away) is very big and we had it for ourselves the times we went there in the afternoon. The house lacked nothing and we would return there whenever we had the chance.

Nous avons passée une super semaine dans cette résidence de grands standing. Propreté, service, piscine… tout était parfait. Gordon nous a tout envoyé avec beaucoup de détails et de sympathie. Je recommande vivement. Merci car nos vacances ont été très très réussies.

A estadia foi sem dúvida muito agradável a casa envontrava-se muito limpa e muito agradável. Espero em repetir a estadia novamente. Agradecida por deixarem alimentos o wue evitou ir logo as compras. A única coisa que alterava era os horáriosde check in que seria as 14h e o check out ao 12h.

The house is beautiful and the place where it is inserted is fantastic. Everything was very clean and tidy, the house is even better in real life than in the photo, there is plenty of space. Tolles Haus in einer Golfanlage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier. Ein tolles und gepflegtes Haus direkt in einer Golfanlage. Es ist alles vorhanden. Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Schlafzimmer sind sehr groß mit hellen Bädern. Wir raten allerdings zu einem Mietwagen, da der nächste Supermarkt etwas weiter weg liegt. Die Kommunikation mit Gordon war klasse.

Comfortabele woning in een mooie residentie vlakbij de prachtigste stranden.

Het huis is gelegen in een afgesloten residentie binnen het resort Praia d’el Rei. Wij hadden het hier enorm naar onze zin. De 3 zwembaden zijn prachtig gelegen in perfect onderhouden tuinen. Het huis is een en al comfort; ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De stranden in de buurt zijn adembenemend mooi. Prachtige zondondergangen!
