"Pro- Rooms are clean. Hotel is clean. Big Con- Bed was super uncomfortable- definitely no upgrades with the beds, mattresses, or pillows. Expect to have a hard bed, and very flat pillows (“feathers” have fallen to one side of the pillow/ pillow lacking any structure ). If you read reviews others will say the same- fix your beds Fairfield!!! I did ask for 2 extra pillows, and was told by the ladies at the front desk that they didn’t have any extra pillows for rooms without pullout couch...

"We were treated with smiles as soon as we walked in. The hotel is in really good conditions. The parking lot is well lit, and from what we saw, safe."

"I booked 3 rooms, first room covers had stains all over it and a roach in the bathroom. Second room had hair all over one of the beds, carpet wasn’t vacuumed and toilet became stopped up for no apparent reason. Will never stay again."

"Very modern hotel, clean room and comfortable bed, quiet, hot breakfast but did not have scrambled eggs but many other options. Nice shower."

"Room was very dirty!! Shower didn’t look like it was cleaned whatsoever, the bathroom door wouldn’t even close correctly do to it being broken. The night stand had something spilled on it, the phone didn’t even work at first. Definitely won’t be staying here again."

"Rooms need to be remodeled. Carpet and wall was stained really bad, the tv looked smeared with paint. The way the parking lot is set up is terrible. The parking spots are so small and there is an Enterprise Rental right beside it where cars are lined up down the side of the street where the hotel is. I won’t be staying at another Comfort Inn. It wasn’t worth the price. For a few extra dollars I can stay at the Marriott or Hampton Inn where the rooms are way better."

"The rooms were disgusting, the other guest around the hotel had no respect for themselves, others, or the staff. Don’t get me started on how people treated the hotel building itself. This place is run down in a part of the city that should be maintained and managed by people who care about their environment. If I could give zero stars for this hotel I would. Almost $100 for absolute dog water."

"Some front desk staff were excellent. Others need a raise or a lover. Gym is small but great. Laundry facility uses a super convenient app. Get it when you arrive so you can see when machines are available. Hotel is joint with another Hilton brand and in an area with several hotels and DoorDash kept incorrectly delivering. Convenient snack and small necessities kiosk with self checkout. Currently renovating some rooms. Contractors are super friendly but request a change of rooms if you don’t...

"Check in was absolutely ridiculous the card machine did not work the elevators did not work the a/c on the third floor in the hallway was also broken not to mention it was 95 degrees overall I will not recommend this place to anyone the staff was not helpful at all floors were dirty and old this place needs help"

"Great staff but hotel room was not cleaned well. Floor was extremely sticky and had a weird smell to it as well as a hole on the wall. Parking lot was well lit but had lots of abandon destroyed cars spread throughout."
