"The staff was lovely. Good value, included typical breakfast. Unfortunately only stayed one night, arrived late, left early so can't comment much on area. But we enjoyed a good pizza close by.
The room was a little tired. Could use a bathroom reno and new mattress. But was spacious, clean and inexpensive.
Important note...the property appears close to FCO - and it is. But you need to circle around the airport to get there. Easily accessible by bus, but the ride takes way longer than expected...

"The hotel is well located, as it is only a 15 minute drive from the airport. The staff were great. The breakfast was was excellent. My only complaints were that the fridge made noise all night long and was empty. I could not figure a way to turn it off. Plus, most of the door handles in the room were sticky, and the room smelled of something. Almost like they were trying to cover up a smell. However, as it was just for one night, I did not mention it to the staff. I would stay there again,...

"We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was always hot, fresh, and delicious! They also offered freshly cooked dinners at very affordable prices, and the pizza was amazing! They helped arrange transportation at a reasonable rate and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants and shopping centers. We really enjoyed our time...
