"It was wonderful to have a whole bungalow to ourselves, in such a quiet area, yet only a couple of minutes drive into fascinating Oamaru (where there's plenty of free parking). "這是我在這個小鎮能找到評分最好的飯店了，這是我選擇他的原因，因為我的夥伴對住宿都有比較高標準的要求。他是一間百年老建築改建的小型飯店，約提供15個房間。由於他是老建築，隔音不是很好，偶而可以聽到車輛通行的聲音，我理解了他們為什麼會在房間內提供耳塞。感謝上帝，這個小鎮沒有喜愛發出噪音的暴走族飆車族，因此尚可以忍受。隔壁就是超市，走過去就可以逛，十分方便。浴室不知道為什麼有火災警報器和煙霧偵測器，我們一直很擔心洗澡會誤觸警報。隔天起床發現房間內的濕氣特別重，我想這是為什麼入住的時候所有房間都是把門打開的狀態。早餐是白人飯，簡單的冷輕食，不盡人意，不適合亞洲人，如果能有些熱的炒蛋或香腸或許會好點。但這是紐西蘭，所以也只能這樣了。車只能停在路邊，早上九點半以後開始收費，所以我們趕在九點半之前離開了，沒有多餘的時間多參觀這座充滿歷史風味的飯店。我想是因為他的房價稍貴讓我覺得有點不值得。"
