The lower level den is your go-to hangout space, featuring a 55-inch Roku TV, a full-sized pool table (complete with all balls, four sticks with tips, and chalk), and a dartboard. Whether it's a friendly tournament or a quiet movie night, this space has you covered.



Kitchen & Dining



The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, blender, crockpot, coffee maker, toaster, and mixer. You'll find a complete set of cookware - saucepots, frying pans, baking pans, cookie sheets, and a loaf pan - along with a full knife block, cutting boards, and all the serving and prep tools a home cook needs. Dinnerware and drinkware are stocked per guest, including coffee mugs, wine glasses, and juice glasses.



Technology



Six TVs are spread throughout the cabin - a 55-inch in the main level living room, a 55-inch in the lower level den, a 43-inch in the main level bedroom, a 43-inch in the upper master, and 33-inch sets in each of the two upper secondary bedrooms. Every TV is Roku-enabled for easy streaming. WiFi is provided through Xfinity.



Laundry



A full-size washer and dryer are available in the cabin for your convenience.



Outdoor



Step outside and you have everything you need for a proper outdoor experience. Fire up the propane grill for a cookout on the deck, then gather around the wood fire pit on the far side of the driveway as the evening cools down. The back deck has a step-up platform, and four steps lead from the deck down into the yard. The hot tub rounds out the outdoor setup - a genuine highlight of this property.



Community Amenities



Nimba Cabin guests have access to the community lake area at Paradise Point Road. Note that boat slips are not available for guest use. The HOA oversees community spaces, so please observe any posted guidelines during your stay.



Guest Access:

Check-in is simple and self-guided - the lockbox is located beside the entry door and holds your key. Parking for up to 4 vehicles is available on the paved and gravel driveway, which is neither steep nor narrow. Your host is available to assist if anything comes up during your stay.

★ Pet-friendly property - well-behaved pets are welcome (Max of 2 pets, 50 lbs. There is a pet fee of $75 per pet )

★No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

★ This is a community with HOA guidelines - please be respectful of quiet hours and neighbors

★ The property involves stairs: 13 steps up to the main level, 13 additional steps to the upper level, a step-up platform on the back deck, and 4 steps from the deck into the yard - please plan accordingly for guests with mobility considerations

★ No RV parking available

★ A backup key lockbox is located outside for convenience

★ Road salt and a snow shovel are provided for winter stays

★ A flashlight, iron, ironing board, and vacuum are available on-site
