This is a studio attched to a single family house in the Hayward hills with a private entrance, newly remodeled with a full bathroom, a queen size bed and kitchenette with microwave, sink, refrigerator, range top, toaster oven, coffee maker, Cute quiet and safe.

Projector is available and you can enjoy your time.
The Jacuzzi Hot-tub is in process of testing and it is not ready until

Castro Valley is centrally located in the East Bay and this home is near to BART, CSUEB and the Amma Center.

Towels tattered, no drinking glasses, one coffee mug?? Deck swing ripped tattered. Inside modernized in parts very well, nice fireplace, comfortable bed. With a little work this place could be excellent

Peaceful oasis with a great view!

The entry was well lit and the space was clean, set-up well and works for 2 people. We stay for 6 days and look forward to staying again the next time I visit the Bay Area The parking was great and my aunt was pleased with the accommodations. The only issue was the indoor temperature was overly warm the first night, but I contacted the host and this was rectified the following day.

Not as pictured

The picture online was taken when the place was at its prime. Now, the place is dirty, broken, and unsafe. The host messages and listing description required deciphering each time due to the errors and typos. The place was dirty and needed various repairs- some of which affected safety of the place. It was clear that the place was not cleaned prior to my arrival and generally just needed a thorough deep cleaning to be suitable to stay in. I left the rental early and filed a dispute with VRBO. I highly recommend that no one else stay at this place until the host has someone properly clean the place and fix all the repairs. Additionally, the host should consider hiring a property manager since it seems he is incapable of doing it himself.

Loved the place

Mostly everything was right about the listing except that there isn’t a washer nor a dryer. This is actually part of a house as it has two other doors connected to the house but are locked. When we arrived, there was heat blowing off from the floor vent which made the place hot and the owner just said to cover. Me and my partner loved this place as it reminds us of home. Only thing was that when I would text the owner with a concern, he would reply within hours later. Overall, this place was amazing and clean along with an amazing view that I couldn’t stop admiring during the night!

Simple, clean and nice with a great view

Nice place with basic amenities. Having a parking space was a bonus. The view was great. Place is kind of small but it worked for our purposes, which mostly included just sleeping there at night. Bed was not that comfortable, but also not the worst bed I've slept on (probably 6/10). Only perceived "issue" was that we did not receive any information about check in procedures ahead of our visit. Instead we had to contact the owner after our flight landed that morning to find out how to get in, but otherwise the owner was responsive. All-in-all not a bad place for 1-2 people. Would stay here again.
