Whether you're seeking a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, our family’s beach home is a peaceful oasis tucked away on a rare, quiet street with little to no traffic in the heart of Oak Island. It is in close proximity to all of Oak Island’s dining and shopping options. The home can sleep up to 11 guests.
**Living and Dining Areas:**
The living room is a perfect, cozy spot to unwind after a day at the beach. It features two large sofas and two armchairs. Entertainment options include a Smart TV with Roku, providing endless streaming possibilities via free and fast WIFI, as well as Spectrum cable television.
Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a lovely dining space with a large table. For a quick breakfast or a casual meal, there's also a breakfast bar with three additional bar stools. The open floor plan also features a large cabinet stocked with books, puzzles, and games for your family to relax and enjoy during your downtime.
**Kitchen:**
The kitchen has been recently completely renovated and features modern cabinets, countertops, lighting, and appliances, as well as a built-in ice machine for filling up your coolers. The chef’s kitchen is a dream for any culinary enthusiast on vacation and will more than meet your expectations. - Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The primary bedroom features a private, fully renovated bathroom, nightstands, and a king-sized bed. It also comes equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment.
-Bedroom 2 (upstairs): This bedroom is directly beside the primary bedroom. It features bunk beds (full on the bottom and twin on top), a Smart TV, and a desk for those who need to catch up on work or school for a bit during your stay.
-Bedroom 3 (upstairs): Just down the hall from the primary bedroom, this kid-friendly bedroom features two twin-sized beds, a Smart TV, dresser, and closet storage space.
-Bedroom 4 (first floor): Located just off the kitchen, this bedroom has a peaceful ambiance and is steps away from the wrap-around deck and ocean views. It features a queen-sized bed, Smart TV, dresser, and small closet to store luggage.
-Bedroom 5 (first floor): Also located on the main floor, bedroom 5 features a full-sized bed, dresser, Smart TV, and closet storage. It’s located adjacent to the kitchen and family room areas.
** Bathrooms **
-Bathroom 1 (upstairs): This newly renovated bathroom is connected to the primary bedroom for your private enjoyment. It features your own private shower, vanity, and toilet.
-Bathroom 2 (upstairs): This newly renovated bathroom features a shower, toilet, and vanity.
-Bathroom 3 (first floor): Located just off the kitchen, between bedrooms 4 & 5, this full bath has been completely renovated with a new toilet, shower, and vanity.
**Laundry Room**
No beach house would be complete without a full-size washer and dryer for your comfort. This home has a washer, dryer, and laundry basket. It’s quietly hidden behind a double set of doors just off the kitchen on the first floor. Don’t forget to pack your favorite detergent!
**Outdoor Area:**
This oceanfront home features a wrap-around deck with a private walkway leading to direct beach access. The upper deck is a delightful spot for relaxation. It features comfortable loungers, rocking chairs, end tables, and Polywood Adirondack chairs for soaking in the sun and surf.
-Outdoor shower: After a day of lounging in the sun and looking for seashells, rinse off in the outdoor shower conveniently located outside the home.
-Parking: The house has its own private driveway and parking.
-Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home and yard, except for two locked owner's closets (one underneath the house and one in the upstairs bedroom).
