Thank you for considering Oak Island Escape. This may be the PERFECT place for you if:

- You want to be walking distance to the beach
- You want a place to yourself but don't need a mansion and want to avoid a condo with shared spaces
- You want separate TV areas if the kids and adults want space after a long day

For the best possible experience, please read the full description as it contains important notes to understand before booking. We want to make sure that our home is right for you!

Our home has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with bunk beds. There is a large sectional couch in the main living area that is there for ultimate rest and relaxation after a long day at the beach.

The kitchen is equipped the essentials as well as more. As long as you aren't cooking very complicated dishes there should be everything you need. Dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc. are all there for your dining needs. There is a 4 person dining table for family dinners or hanging around and playing games!

The bathroom is fully equipped with what you would need. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, full size bath towels, wash clothes, hand towels, and a bath mat. Please bring you own beach towels.

There is a full size washer and dryer along with detergent for your use at the property.

The entire home is just for you! There is plenty of room for 2 cars in the driveway which is private to just you. You have an easy walk to the beach from the property.

Perfect size and clean. Loved the location and amenities. Couch was amazingly comfortable! Walking distance to beach access in multiple directions. Also walking distance to a few restaurant and retail places (less than a mile is walking distance to me). You do have to cross a main road-but the majority of people were driving with care and it wasn’t bad at all. The house is cozy-I wouldn’t plan to cook large meals there (which we didn’t), but the kitchen book was perfect for quick breakfasts and snacks. The porch dining idea was great! Neighbors were friendly-some construction happening but that was all over the area. We had great communication wit the property owners about a repair need on our first day and a quick fix!

Its a cute place. Clean and very quiet. Closed to restaurants and the beach The only thing was we could not get the tv working in twin bedroom. Neighbors on either side are super friendly. Its lovely to sit in the front having your coffee in the morning. Anyone would enjoy that place
