Kick back and relax in this oceanfront stylish bungalow directly on the beach! Welcome to Airwaves. Your home away from home! This charming beach cottage has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, plenty of storage for your clothes and personal items and an ensuite bathroom. One of the secondary bedrooms has a queen sized bed and the other bedroom has a queen sized bed and single bunks. Living room, primary bedroom, and bunk room all have flat screen tv's with ROKU capabilities for you to log into your own personal apps. The living room also has a blu-ray player as well as the primary bedroom has a DVD player. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you'll need to make all of your meals. With granite countertops and sea glass kitchen backsplash, it looks pretty too! Cozy up in the living room and look around to really feel the coastal charm of the decor or relax on the screened in porch and overlook the sand and waves. This property also has a dedicated outlet to charge your golf cart! Only a 20 minute drive to Southport or a 40 minute drive to Wilmington. Come vacation with us at Airwaves! HOUSE RULES: By accepting this reservation you agree to abide by all house rules: * You must be at least 25 years old to book and it is required to have a photo ID uploaded to your Airbnb account and a picture of it sent to the host. * All instant bookings must contact the owner within 48 hours to verify age with a valid photo ID & total number of guests. * Booking party must be present at the time of check in, no third party bookings allowed. * 8 people MAX * No additional guests permitted on the property! * No parties * No pets + No smoking due to allergies - If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and asked to leave. *Candles are not permitted. - By confirming your reservation, all parties hereby agree to adhere to the house rules.

The host for this home was responsive, and the house being so close to the surf was a definite plus! This was also the first VRBO or Air B&B we have ever stayed at where the couch & chairs in the living room were actually comfortable! Thank you!

This beauty of a house is right on the beach - we cracked the window at night to hear the ocean - the bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen is very well appointed, but the best part is the wonderful screen porch - you can see the beach and watch the sunsets - loved our stay

Oak island vacation

Check in and stay would have been better had the keypad worked and not had to use a physical key. There was only one key and two couples. Need to improve lighting as it was a little dark when cooking light over stove did not work. We did not use the WiFi as we had our own hot spots. Access the beach was great as we did not have to drive. We did not use the grill as it did not appear to have been well taken care of. The grounds did not seem as well maintained as others in the immediate area. Overall the area was good and we enjoyed oak island.

The best beach stay we’ve ever had.

Clean and comfortable. Right on the beach. Great, modern kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy open sitting area. Views of the ocean from outdoor balcony with a separate covered back porch. Little things go a long way like high quality toilet paper, plenty of warm water, fresh towels and linens.

Great Bungalow On the Beach

The beach house was perfect. We had 4 adults and one toddler and it was the perfect space. Being on the beach we spent most of our time out there. The best part was all of the hooks in the all of the rooms.
