Stay connected or even work remotely via the provided WiFi. Just beyond the living room, the sturdy dining table seating four is ready to host your family meal or a rousing game night. Books, board games and puzzles are provided for your use.

The cozy kitchen with grey, solid wood cabinets with nickel knobs and pulls, off-white laminate countertops, stainless steel sink with nickel faucet, air fryer, and built-in microwave is well stocked and ready for all of your cooking needs. There is a fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink for emergencies. The living, dining and kitchen areas were all renovated in early 2023, including the addition of wood-look vinyl flooring.

The oceanfront bedroom features a queen bed and a Roku TV. There is a private sink and vanity to make getting ready a breeze. You can even gaze at the waves through the window while relaxing in bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and another Roku TV. The spacious Jack-and-Jill bathroom provides a large shower/tub combo, comfort height toilet, storage cabinet and stacked washer/dryer.

The private, covered oceanfront balcony has breathtaking views. You’ll find two pub height chairs and a table perfectly situated to enjoy appetizers or drinks. An outdoor rug and additional outdoor furniture add to the comfort of this space.

In the parking area, you’ll find a ground-level storage closet with beach chairs, beach toys and an umbrella for your use, saving valuable packing space. Condo community amenities include walkways to the beach, seasonal pool access, a grilling area, outside shower for rinsing off. The location is very convenient to the Barbee Bridge for adventures off the island, and is just across the street from Oak Island Golf Club. The Oak Island pier and several restaurants including Koko Cabana and The Lazy Turtle are also walking distance.

Nightly rentals and off-season monthly rentals are available.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.
