"Just what we needed. Wasn't too small, not too large. A little funky layout. On the 3rd floor of a small 4plex condo. Once into the apartment you go back down half a story to the beds and baths. The place was extremely clean. A good view out of a large picture window overlooks the harbor and yacht club. Living room furniture and beds were comfortable. "Inside of the house was very clean however, the sliders were so dirty you could not see through them. My grandson cleaned some spaces so we could see the beautiful view. We had 6 in our party and there were only 3 coffee mugs and 5 bowls. The fireplace was not usable. It required things that were not available. Other than that, the overall stay was good. "
