  • New and spacious apartment located in a beachfront building in the center of Marcelli, very close to shops and amenities. It consists of: a living room with a kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower stall and a washing machine. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. Spacious terrace equipped for outdoor dining with a view of the sea. Private parking space.
    Wi-Fi.
    Rates include water, electricity, and gas, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, a private parking space, one beach umbrella, and two beach chairs on the beach in front of the apartment, and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

    Tourist tax (mandatory): €1.00 per person per night (max 15 days; children up to 3 years old excluded).
