  • Location: On Via Ischia, 700 meters from the town center and Via Litoranea, in a quiet and panoramic position. All major amenities, such as bars, supermarkets, and restaurants, are just a few minutes' walk away. The Bistrot delle Palme, located within the residence, offers breakfast, aperitifs, hot dishes (also available for takeout). Right in front of the Residence stops the free municipal shuttle to the beaches and to the town center, very convenient, also with evening trips.



    Description: two-room flat on two levels, with sea view terrace.

    First floor: living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower box.

    Upper floor: double bedroom with air conditioning, bathroom and small terrace with sea view.

    Terrace equipped with table and chairs where you can eat.

    Air conditioning in sleeping area.

    Shared laundry area.

    Wi-fi.

    Free parking in the street. There is an electric car charging station on site.

    Self-check-in is via a key box, for which a code will be provided on the day of arrival.

    Prepayment is due by bank transfer within 7 days of arrival or by credit card on the day of arrival.
