The property farm is nested in a calm and very suggestive countryside. Located a few minutes drive from the magnificent beaches of Castelsardo, in a picturesque and rural setting with wonderful colors and authentic flavors. We will welcome you in an intimate and friendly ambiance. You will be able to do some long and relaxing walks and siply relax.
New house built in 2009 with an amazing view of the countryside, situated in a strategic position to spend your holidays in a cosy and relaxed atmosphere. It is ideal for those who like walking, enjoying the fresh peaceful summer evenings in the countryside. The house provides accommodation for up to 5 people. It consists of two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with connected living room (with sofa bed), bathroom, privat swimming pool and a large veranda. The location is just at 8 Km from the beautiful seaside of 'Lu Bagnu. Car is needed.

Fantastic location and excellent host

We had a brilliant short stay at Angelo's property. Angelo and Rita met us and guided us to the house and are fantastic hosts! The property is in an amazing location with breathtaking views and we cannot wait to return.

Super Ferienhaus mit allem was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Da die letzten Meter für ein normales Auto etwas abenteuerlich (aber durchaus machbar) sind, sollte man sich beim Einkauf überlegen, was man tatsächlich benötigt.

Un petit paradis pour se reposer

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce havre de paix. Le propriétaire nous a reçu chaleureusement, a été très disponible pour répondre à nos questions et de bon conseil pour les sorties. La maison est parfaitement propre et très bien équipée. En plus, Angelo se charge de nettoyer régulièrement la piscine. Le cadre est idyllique et l'environnement très calme (attention la maison est assez reculée : véhicule obligatoire !) Des vacances très agréables !

super Ferienhaus mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Der Pool war sehr sauber und auch der Rest war einwandfrei. Im Haus bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Es hat Mikrowelle, Toaster, Waschmaschine, Abwaschmaschine etc. alles einwandfrei. Auch die Kommunikation mit Angelo war sehr angenehm, unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir durften unser Elektroauto mit Strom vom Haus laden und die Kosten dann bezahlen - einfach toll!

Superando la perfección

Nuestra estancia en esta casita ha sido tan buena, que lo único que lamento es no poder dar más que 5 estrellas a cada una de las puntuaciones. La casita es preciosa, super ordenada, limpia y perfectamente equipada. Su ubicación es excelente, con vistas al mar, a la montaña y con intimidad total. Sólo se oye el sonido del campo y los animales de la zona (básicamente vacas y ovejas). La piscina y el jardín son excelentes y Angelo se preocupa de cuidarlos cada mañana para que estén perfectos. Y lo mejor de todo es Angelo. Una persona amable y atenta que se desvive para que disfrutes al máximo de tu estancia. Muchas gracias por todo. Esperamos poder volver algún día.

Thank you so much for having us in this incredible place so relaxing uplifting truly magical place to completely switch off watch the sunset and immerse yourself in nature. You are in the middle of the country side with amazing views all around the only sounds are sheep and cows just great as we are from London and the noise pollution is constant. Angelo was great at checking us in and to show us how everything worked like is good coffee machine , he also gave us great ideas of what to do one of them was to visit capo caccia the Neptune caves which were so beautiful and a must. The pool was a great place to chill out after a long day visiting or being at the beach the bbq was very good and the house was the cleanest place we have ever rented . So thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable. The place is located 20 min from Castelsardo great little place by the sea with nice places to eat otherwise you can reach amazing beaches like Mugoni near Alghero doted all around in 40 min to 1 hour you have closer beaches too it takes about 30 minutes. Villa with a wonderful view

Excellent 2 beds Villa in an unspoiled location with view magnificent view over mountains and sea. If you are looking for peacefulness and relaxation this is the place. Well catered for. With swimming pool, bbq and different sun longer great for adult and kids . The Villa is clean with all the facilities.Angelo the owner is always available and there if neeeded. Well located too but car is needed. Would highly recommend. Great value for money. Jérôme R

Kleines Paradies

Unsere Gastgeber Angelo und Ritam haben uns ganz herzlich mit kalten Getränken empfangen. Falls man also nichts dabei hat, ist erstmal für 2 Tage Wasser und mehr vor Ort. Das Haus und alle Geräte, sowie ein Medizinkoffer wurde uns alles perfekt erklärt. Wir konnten uns mit gutem Englisch verständigen. Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Haus und daher haben wir auch Waschmaschine (Juche) mehrmach benutzt. In Italien darf natürlich ein Siebdruckträger nicht fehlen, so hatten wir auch leckeren Kaffee oder Espresso. Selbst Kaffee, Salz, Zucker, Geschirrspültabs udn Waschmittel.... alles war einfach da. Und alles inklusive! Unsere Kids sind sofort in den Pool gesprungen. Angelo kam mindestens alle 2 Tage oder öfter und hat morgens den Pool gereinigt wenn wir noch geschlafen haben. Im Haus ist auch eine neue Klimaanlage. dennoch fanden wir mit den Fensterläden das es schon kühl und angenehm war im Haus. Das Haus steht mitten im Nirgendwo. Wer Ruhe liebt, kommt voll auf seine Kosten. Die Umgebung, der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Wir waren total gerne auch tagsüber beim Haus und sind erst später zum Strand oder in Städte. Um das Haus herum ist fast komplett eine Terasse mit vielen Schattenmöglichkeiten. Von morgens bis abends gab es immer das passende Plätzchen zum relaxen oder Essen. Angelo hat ein Gasgrill dort, sodass wir öfter schnell gegrillt haben. Wir haben den kompletten Nordwestteil von Sardinien entdeckt. Man muss sehr viel Fahren. Aber das ist ja auf der ganzen Insel so. Wo wir unterwegs waren, gab es immer wieder guten 4G Empfang. Manchmal aber auch stundenlang gar nichts. Im Haus hat Angelo zwar Wlan (den kleinen Router kann man sogar überall mit hinnehmen) aber da es auch Mobilfunknetz Vodafone Italien ist und es nur mittags plötzlich Empfang gab, hatte man auch über den WlanRouter nicht mehr Internet als über das eigene Handy. Also für Tagesausflüge recherchieren und Postkarten über eine App schreiben hat es zu bestimmten Zeiten gereicht. Aber wer richtig von streamen ausgeht, muss ein Haus oder Hotel mit Kabelanschluß haben. Highlight ist das Essen auf Sardinien. Wir haben viel ausprobiert und immer sehr gut gegessen. Die Preise sind normal wie in Deutschland. Ein total tolles Erlebnis war das Essen auf dem gegenüberliegenden Bauernhof (Agritourismo). Dort gibt es für einen Festpreis typisch sardisches Essen. Wir konnten die Gänge nicht mehr zählen:-) Wir können das Haus im Paradies und Angelo und Rita sehr empfehlen.

Great country getaway

A great spot away from the rat race.Quiet setting but close enough to beaches and towns.Angelo there every day to clean pool but still unnoticeable.when an issue came up it was handled immediately.loved watching the sheep,horses and goats on hillside while drinking a glass of wine.

Erholung pur - gefühlt wie Roayl`s

Wir haben zu viert einen Traumurlaub erlebt. Objekt genau wie auf den Fotos`s beschrieben, Angelo und seine Frau unglaublich nette Vermieter. Vor dem Aufstehen bereits der Pool gesäubert, Kontakt sehr unkompliziert! Note eins! Lage top - man fühlt sich umgeben von Sardiniens Bergen wie in einem Königreich, sehr ruhig, Tergu 3 km entfernt und gut zu erreichen. Drann denken - es geht fast immer ein Wind. In Tergu selber so nette Leute und gegenüber ( über die Straße drüber ) das beste und netteste Agritourismi-Essen und Team ever! Danke Sardininen - wir kommen wieder!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt, auch Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler mit Zubehör! Schöner Pool, der vom Vermieter täglich gereinigt wird. Verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten bieten stets ein schattiges Plätzchen. Toller Ausblick auf Berge und Meer. Sehr nette Vermieter!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus kann ich unbedingt weiterempfehlen!

The most beautiful, rural, tranquil location. Amazing villa and pool!

We loved every minute of our time here. Sardinia is picturesque and the villa is a real rural retreat. Only 20 minutes from Castelsardo (where we spent lots of time) it’s easy to have the best of both worlds here. Angelo was very helpful, meeting us late at night in the local village (Tergu) and guiding us to the remote villa. We appreciated all the extra touches, we arrived late but there was tea, milk, bottled water and Sardinia pastries in the villa. The views from the villa are stunning, you are not at all overlooked. We took many sunset and sunrise pictures. The kids loved the pool, which was very clean. There is nothing about the villa or our holiday that I did not enjoy and I will definitely come back again in the future. We fell in love with Leo and Shelley, the little dogs at the villa too. I don’t want to go home!

Prachtige plek, vriendelijke eigenaar en prima huis

Als je van rust en ruimte houdt is dit een super plek. Verwacht geen vertier maar rust. Zee in ruim tien minuten te bereiken en ook in de omgeving leuke lokale dingen om te bezichtigen. Auto is wel nodig. Eigenaar is niks te veel en super aardig. Huisje ook prima. Heerlijk zwembad dat elke dag schoon wordt gemaakt. Niet super modern ingericht maar dat maakte ons niks uit. Zou er zeker zo weer heen gaan.

Agréable sejour

Angelo et son épouse sont des hôtes charmants. Nous avons trouvé un Havre de paix. De délicates attentions pour notre arrivée (pâtisseries sardes, boissons....)..Nous garderons de ce séjour dans cette merveilleuse région un excellent souvenir.

Erholsame Ferien in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern, 9 und 14, zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem ruhig gelegenen Haus verbracht. Schon der Empfang durch die Eigentümerfamilie mit kalten Getränken war sehr herzlich und freundlich, danke auch nochmals für die Restaurant- und Strandtipps! Peppe’s Pizzeria in Sedini war ganz hervorragend! Das Haus mit schöner Aussicht, Pool und liebevoll gepflegtem Garten, das man über eine steile Stichstrasse erreicht, ist gut geeignet, um auch mal einen ganzen Tag dort zu verbringen, zumal es zwei Sitzplätze gibt, die unterschiedlich wind- und sonnenexponiert sind. Auch die Ausstattung ist gut, super praktisch für Strandtücher und Badesachen ist auch die lange und stabile Wäscheleine auf der Terrasse. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschönes Landhaus mit unglaublich netten Vermietern

Angelo und seine Frau Rita sind wohl das netteste Vermieter-Pärchen das wir jemals getroffen haben. Der Empfang war so herzlich und es gab sogar Geschenke bei unserer Ankunft. Das Haus an sich ist super geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt und bietet eine super Aussicht auf das Bergland. Angelo spricht sehr gut Englisch und die Kommunikation war immer super. Das Haus und Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und mit mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und können nur jedem dieses Landhaus weiterempfehlen. 5 STERNE!!! mille grazie angelo!!!

Alles in allem: Benissimo!

Das Haus, in der Berglandschaft zwischen Nulvi und Tergu gelegen, ist eine perfekte Basis für einen erholsamen Urlaub und die Erkundung des nördlichen Sardiniens. Beeindruckend war der überaus herzliche Empfang durch Besitzer Angelo und seine Frau (obwohl wir erst sehr spät am Abend anreisten) und die überraschende Ausstattung des Kühlschranks für den ersten Urlaubstag. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, die All-inklusive-Lösung (Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc.) ist sehr angenehm. Problemlos kann man einen Relax-Tag im und am Haus verbringen (ausreichend Liegen, Pool etc.), die nahe sardische Nordküste zwischen Stintino/Capo Falcone im Westen und Santa Teresa de Gallura/Capo Testa im Osten und das Inland (architektonische und archäologische Kostbarkeiten en masse) reizen aber noch mehr zum Baden, Wandern und zum Besuch der teils pittoresken Orte (Castelsardo, Isola Rosso, Santa Teresa, Alghero an der Westküste). Ein Auto ist unabdingbar, die Zufahrt zum Haus von der Strada Provinziale ist rustikal und sollte sehr vorsichtig genommen werden. In den Agriturismi in der Nähe kann - wer mag - abends sehr gut essen (vorher über Öffnung erkundigen), ansonsten empfiehlt sich die Fahrt nach Castelsardo (Fisch ziemlich perfekt im "Imperfetto" auf dem Weg zum Castello). Supermärkte in Nulvi und Castelsardo, authentischer aber kauft es sich auf den Märkten (u.a.Mittwoch in Alghero, Sonnabend in Tempio) und z.B. beim Käse-Direktverkauf in Nulvi oder beim einen oder anderen Winzer, z.B. auch Vini sfusi in Valledoria. Bei Fahrten ins Land (selbst ohne Unterbrechung) maximal (!) 50 km/h einkalkulieren. Nicht nur wegen der Polizia Stradale und der Carabinieri, die tatsächlich 24/7 unterwegs sind, sondern vor allem wegen der extrem kurvenreichen und bergigen Straßen - die sich so auch genießen lassen. Zum ca. 160 km entfernten höchsten sardischen Berg im Gennargentu (1834 m - Aufstieg lohnt absolut) sollte man ca. 2.45 h einkalkulieren. Alles in allem: Benissimo!

Character property with stunning views

1. Property- this is a very well appointed property, very clean and very well maintained, this also includes the swimming pool cleaned daily. 2. The property is quite sufficient for a family and Angelo & Rita were extremely helpful and accommodating 3. Angelo is really quite good at speaking English 4. The site is fabulous- the views are really quite spectacular over Porto Torres, with a lovely sunset from the front. 5. The location does need a car, but is a good base to explore inland or along the coast

Großartiges Domizil mit fantastischer Rundumsicht

Ein wirklich außergewöhnliches Anwesen auf einer Kuppe in den Bergen. Rundum herrliche Aussicht bis ans Meer. Zu den herrlichen Stränden der Umgebung ist es nicht weit und der schöne Pool bringt Erholung pur! Wenn man mal keine Lust hat nach Castelsardo oder Umgebung zum Essen zu fahren kann man den Gasgrill am Haus nutzen ......toll! Sehr gastfreundliche, sehr nette Vermieter, die mit Herzblut das Haus und den tollen Garten pflegen! alles sehr sauber ! Küche top, hat sogar eine Klimaanlage, die wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben ! Ausflüge zum Capo Testa, Costa Paradiso oder ins Gebirge lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen ! Wir haben sehr schöne Ferien hier verbracht und können das Haus nur empfehlen ! Vielen Dank für diese schöne Woche ! Liebe Grüsse Catrin und Rainer

Ein Traumhaus :-)

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Juni 2015 in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Vermieter Angelo und Rita sind sehr sympathisch und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Das Haus befindet sich in exponierter Lage mit großartiger Aussicht. Der kleine Pool und die vielen netten Sitzmöglichkeiten runden das tolle Ambiente ab. Wir haben bereits für den Sommer 2016 dieses tolle Haus wieder gebucht und freuen uns schon riesig :-))

5/5 très très bien !!!

location très bien , aménagement conforme à la description ,cadre idyllique. Angelo très accueillant et très disponible a su nous guider et répondre à nos attentes !!! Ferme avec chèvres à proximité sans aucun désagréments ( visite de latraite pour enfants ....) Endroit très calme ,besoin d'une voiture indispensable. Position géographique idéale pour visiter : Alghero, Castelsardo, Palau.... Merci encore à Angelo et à toute sa famille pour ses vacances inoubliables !!!!
