    Esta es una villa 2200sf ubicado en la planta ático (8ª planta) con una espectacular vista de la piscina, los jardines, la playa y la bahía de Banderas desde una muy amplia terraza orientada al oeste con una visión clara de la mayoría de las puestas de sol del año.

    Una gran cocina moderna, sala, comedor, lavadero, 3 baños, dormitorio principal con cama matrimonial y segundo dormitorio grande estar con 2 camas queen. Equipado con 3 televisores de pantalla plana, reproductores de DVD, tanto en Inglés y Español TV por cable, además de que cuentan con TV vía satélite canadiense con 156 estaciones, incluyendo 24 estaciones de Inglés de alta definición. La televisión en la sala de estar es un 55 "Samsung SmartTV. También ofrecemos nuestra propia en la suite de Internet de alta velocidad no se comparte con el complejo. Nuestros techos abovedados y suelo están mucho más alto, dándole un aire más grande. El hermoso techo Cúpula (la cúpula tapa en forma de baldosas y ladrillera mexicana a través de una estructura) centrada en la sala de estar nos da el espacio aireado singularidad y más. (Ver fotos) El segundo dormitorio está separado por un hall de entrada de la vivienda principal y puede ser bloqueado fuera para la seguridad y la privacidad.

    Venga a relajarse y relajarse después de sus negocios de todos los días y tener unas vacaciones que no olvidará. Pasar el día con seguridad por la enorme piscina climatizada con sus hijos o simplemente relajarse con su libro favorito, como cascadas caen en cascada en la cabina de piscinas. Nuestra zona de la piscina tiene un restaurante informal y un bar en la piscina si se desea o utilizar su cocina condominio para aperitivos saludables, bebidas y comidas. También tenemos nuestro propio restaurante de alta cocina en el lugar pero que también están a sólo unos minutos en taxi de numerosos restaurantes que vamos a recomendar. La ciudad de Bucerius está a sólo 20 minutos a pie por la playa.

    Si se trata de más acción y emoción que necesita, estamos a 25 minutos en taxi del centro de Puerto Vallarta y hay un montón de Adventure Tours, tanto para adultos y niños. Flamencos Golf Club está a sólo 5 minutos de distancia y está altamente recomendado o tener un partido de tenis en nuestra cancha.

Spring Getaway

Just what we needed

We had a very relaxing vacation week at this condo. The view is amazing of course and the balcony is huge with lots of furniture and beautiful plants. The bed was so comfy, my husband liked it better than ours at home! We will hopefully stay here again in the near future!

Beautiful resort, A+ Service

The condo is beautiful and a perfect place for our family to enjoy. Service in all areas was 5 star, on-site restaurants were diverse and great and the grounds are maintained immaculately. Our Hosts were easy to work with and very responsive. We hope to return in the future.

Spring break 2023

We had an amazing trip. The resort is one of the nicest we have stayed at. High quality grounds, buildings, food and staff. Our Villa was lovely and had everything we needed . We loved the outdoor patio and amazing views. The owners responded quickly to all our questions and we very much appreciated the late checkout as well. We would recommend this property and our Villa and hope to come back again.

Truly enjoyable

Thank you very much for the use of your condo, it was incredibly spacious (2 kids enjoyed staying in the studio unit, while wife and I enjoyed the proper 1-br unit) and the patio garden oasis was wonderful (hummingbirds seen up close). We especially enjoyed the restaurants [El Brujo (whole snapper), Los Pericos (daily specials), & Luna Luna (cash only)] in Brucerias. We look forward to returning soon.

Already planning a return trip

Norm&Elvira were amazing hosts, very quick to respond whenever I had a question or request. The Villa is gorgeous, with just enough personal touch to make us feel welcome. The Villa was clean, the beds were SO COMFORTABLE! my son slept on the pull out couch, and said it was nice too. Can’t wait to come back ASAP! Thanks Norm!

Our stay at Eva’s was wonderful. The penthouse has everything you need with the most spectacular views of the ocean and sunsets. Check in and out was easy and the staff at Villa La Estancia are top notch. Who we really appreciate and are so grateful for is Eva . From the time of booking she has been available to answer any questions or concerns. Our group of 4 unfortunately were on our trip when the cartel created some unrest on the day we were scheduled to leave. Our flight was delayed 4 days later. Eva went above and beyond to help us and allowed us to stay until we could get home. She checked in with us multiple times and truly cared about our well being. At no time did we feel threatened for our safety. In fact we couldn’t have been in a safer place. We are so grateful for her and cannot say enough about her generosity and kindness. When we go back to Mexico she will be the first one that we reach out to for accommodations.

Lovely family vacation

The condo was fantastic and met all of our needs. The hotel service and amenities is definitely designed for those paying for the all inclusive package (which we opted out due to having small children who don't do well in restaurant settings). We were given the run around about when to come back to make reservations in person, and were told we could take our food "to go" at a later time. When that later time came, we were denied every time, and eventually gave up and were limited to room service as our only option for hotel-provided food. This was the only disappointing part of our trip, and had nothing to do with our lovely vrbo rental.

More of a RESIDENCE than a RESORT

The room was spacious but it was not once cleaned during our stay. The decorations are old and the place needs updating. When we contacted the owner about the cleaning, she told us we had to pay $50 extra if we wanted it cleaned. Totally unheard of. Our stay was pleasant, the staff at the hotel was friendly, but this place did not meet our expectations of a resort. Restaurants, bars and the activities for a resort ambiance were found in the resort next door but nothing at Estancia. This place has all the rules and bylaws that apply to a regular condo, for instance, no music in the pool, jacuzzi closes at 8pm, etc. This resort is NOT for a family with kids who is looking for a FUN vacation resort.

Another great stay

We were at the resort over the Christmas break. Very attentive service and appreciated the level of cleanliness. Fidel from security was amazing. Ingrid at the concierge desk was outstanding. As always the pool service is exceptional and there are too many people to name. A fantastic stay again and we all felt the hotel has upped its game in service.

Great Location / Nice resort

The property is very nice. It is run like a private resort with an excellent, friendly staff. Everything you need is right there on property. It is very close to town of Bucerias which is a plus!

fantastic location

spacious 2 Bedroom unit in fantastic resort - everything is great, pool, beach, staff resort is very convenient to airport and to town of bucerias — great beach to walk with access to plenty of restaurants or the resort has a great restaurant with the sister resort next door with more and a store for basic groceries and necessities

Another great stay at Villa La Estancia!

We have stayed at VLE many times. Villa 1806 is beautiful with vaulted ceilings, comfortable bed and a beautiful view. One of the things that make VLE a great place to stay is the staff. They are always very friendly and attentive from the moment you arrive at the door and all throughout your days lounging by the pool or on the beach. We can’t wait to return.

A place to come back to!!

The condo unit is beautifully and comfortably furnished, very spacious, and has everything you could possibly need. The resort property is also beautiful, well maintained ,with lovely amenities, such as the pools and gyms. We enjoyed the ease of eating locally at the restaurants or poolside bar/food service at the resort. The location is great - within easy walking distance of Bucerias and grocery stores, and situated along a lovely long stretch of walkable beach. Having stayed at several other locations in Nuevo Vallarta, this is definitely a place we would return to!!

Another Great Stay

Another wonderful stay in this resort. Norm was great to deal with and hope to stay here again. View was awesome and the unit is very quiet. My wife loved the high ceilings and the kids loved the decor.
