Showcasing dazzling ocean views from its private balcony, this beachfront condo also leaves you just steps from the sand and within easy reach of its many great resort-style offerings When you can peel yourself away from the dazzling ocean views, head for the turquoise water of the shared pools, or play at the Ping-Pong table and foosball table in the game room. A shared gym is also available for your daily workout regime. Away from your stay, visit Playa Nuevo Nayarit, Flamingos Golf, and the El Cora Crocodile Sanctuary.

The sun-filled living room provides a peaceful spot to sit back and stream your favorite TV shows and movies, and the stainless steel kitchen comes well-appointed with all its major appliances and granite countertops. Poor check in and no maintenance

This would have been a four star review. However, the check in process and follow up by property management was subpar for a few reasons.1.) The check-in process did not clarify the building. However, there were 7 different buildings with 401 units. The property manager was clueless as to which building it was actually located in and just kept repeating what was on the unclear check-in instructions.2.) One bedroom was unusable due to a broken doorknob. My wife was locked in our 7 month's old bedroom three times. I had to use a credit card to jimmy the door open. The knob would lock and could not be turned. I requested 3 times for the Vacasa manager to order a repair over the course of 5 days. They told me they would send someone...no one ever showed up and the bedroom was unusable.3.) The oven kept popping circuit breaker making it unusable. Otherwise, nice beachfront. Pool area has a restaurant from late morning to 5:00 with affordable food and drinks. Many Canadian and American retirees winter at the location and are very friendly, very safe and warm pool. All of those features would have made it a 4 star is not for the management company.

Great views of sunsets and whales! Wonderful pools and miles of sandy beaches. Lovely condo with lots of space for a group. The listing doesn’t show a washer dryer, but the condo does have one.

Lovely family vacation week setting

Our family stay at this condo, Flamingos 401, was greatly enjoyed by all three generations (grandparents, parents, and young grandchildren). The unit itself is outstandingly clean and well equipped, the views and balcony immediately overlooking the bay, beach and pools create a beautiful setting, and the unit is spacious and attractive. The condo complex as a whole is very friendly, quiet, and well-maintained. The large pools and lovely landscaping are extremely carefully maintained and we all enjoyed using them every day. The beach is great fun, with ample palapas and chairs, perfect sand for little sand castle builders, and just enough small waves for the older kids. The very helpful local Vacasa of Nayarit staff was responsive regarding questions during our stay. Overall we would highly recommend.

Relax with the Beach at your Feet in Bucerias

Lovely and clean condo with a place for everyone and bathrooms for every room. Well, and appropriately, appointed. Look over your balcony to the to the ocean and playa below. Horseback riding and massages right on the beach. Two pools with a great snack bar. Fun but not super noisy. We had a fabulous time with our family unit of six adults. Bucerias town is a short drive away. Kitchen had everything we needed - and the markets are just down the street - La Comer and Mega. We will return!
